Great hotel for a night in Narita when you have to catch a flight the next day

概ね満足。風呂場のコンセントの位置以外は

職員対応よし　成田山近い　周囲にレストランなど豊富にある

Cons:

Pros:

It was next to Volks restaurant which was a great place to eat.
They have a shuttle service that runs at certain times so check with the front desk.
There is an old temple and a beautiful garden about 14 minutes walk from the hotel that you should visit if you like an evening walk.

Cons:

There were no English channels on the tv
No closet to hang your clothes.

Cons:

The room i got was very small and old. Immediately upon entering the musty room affected my asthma, making it difficult to breathe. Given the state of the room this was probably due to mold. The AC did not work causing it to be 26C° in the room while it was only 16C° outside. I asked the staff if i could get another room because of this. Someone went with me to the room and tried to get the AC to work, also acknowledging the temperature of the room. About the room affecting my breathing there was no comment and I "should open the window". A window that looks out on a completely blackened and moldy roof/balcony, so this was not an option. They also indicated no other room was available for me. Given the stains on the bed and the general state of the room i decided to get a different hotel for the night as i could not stay there. When I left they suddenly mentioned that they had another room available if I paid another 3000 yen. They also would not refund me the costs i already paid.

I think this hotel is in the middle of renovations, as seen from other reviews. However, not every room has been renovated so that there is a chance you get a room that looks and feels like its from The Shining. So book here if you want a "fun" gamble on whether you get a normal room or a hazardous one!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle war wirklich super. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war echt vielseitig und gut.
Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Zimmer standen Duschgel, Conditioner und Shampoo zur Verfügung, die alle sehr gut gerochen haben.
Alles in allen war es sauber.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, die etwas abgewohnt waren. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und die Kissen sehr hart.
An einigen Stellen gab es im Bad Schimmel.

Pros:

Very good hotel. Great location. It has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom utilities were a bit old but all was clean so not really an issue :)
