I stayed here for 3 nights. Over all everything were good. Good room with good view. Delicious breakfast. And if the booking is for 1 person for the extra person they do charge 1000THB with breakfast which is reasonable and acceptable. We really had good time. Thanks to Naina Resort and Spa Team.

cx said many times there was issue with the water there was not water to take bath, also. she said called multiple times, but dint get the hair dryer. so my client was not happy.

Everything good and the staffs are friendly. I really don’t know the names but House Keeping staffs, Front office staffs, Food and Beverage Department staffs. Our stay at Naina Resort & Spa with friends was enjoyable and relaxing, as the peaceful environment combined with its close proximity to Patong’s busy areas allowed us to enjoy both quiet evenings at the resort and lively outings nearby during our three-night vacation.
I, Ektha Kadam, stayed at Naina Resorts, Room 211, for 3 nights. Throughout the stay, we faced continuous issues with locking the room door, and had to leave the keys at reception every time. The chair provided was also wobbly and unsafe.
At checkout, we were unfairly charged 200 THB for a pillow cover stain that was already present and clearly old. We do not carry or use hair dye, as claimed by the staff. When we raised this concern, the response at reception was dismissive.
Being charged for pre-existing damage feels unfair and unprofessional. Please ensure this does not happen to future guests.

I booked this place for 12 nights and ended up checking out four nights early because the conditions were genuinely unacceptable. I’ve travelled a lot, and this was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve had.
Even after changing rooms, both were unsanitary and completely unfit to stay in. We found rat droppings on the floor, and later actually saw a rat inside the room. The bath water ran brown, the bath and shower were dirty, and housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheets – they were literally flipping them over instead. Towels weren’t replaced, the “cleaning” was limited to emptying bins, and several fixtures such as taps and cupboards were loose or broken. When I requested clean bedding, I was told none were available until the following day.
There were persistent fly and ant infestations, no hand wash provided (we were actually told to use shower gel), the air conditioner only blew warm air, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, even though I confirmed beforehand that I needed a reliable connection for work.
The buffet food was poor quality, with flies hovering over the dishes, making it completely unappetising and unhygienic.
It’s also worth noting that the hotel was predominantly occupied by guests from one demographic group. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, it did result in us standing out quite noticeably, and we found ourselves being intensely stared at throughout our stay, which made us feel very out of place and uncomfortable.
The manager acknowledged how bad the situation was and agreed that we could leave early and be refunded for the unused nights. That alone says everything.
This hotel is nowhere near what it advertises online — dirty, poorly maintained, and totally mismanaged. It desperately needs restoration and renovation. Save yourself the stress and do not book here.
If you’re debating where to stay in Phuket, I’d strongly recommend choosing Kamala instead of Patong — it’s close by but much neater, calmer, and far less hectic.

I had not been here before and booked it due to the great pricing and pics. The service was very good. Jibin the main contact could not have been more hospitable. Every time we saw him he made sure we had everything we needed for our few weeks we were there. It was like you knew him as a friend for years. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. You can walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The breakfast was included in the stay. It was suitable with many options for a person who isn’t a breakfast person. The cleaning staff were respectful and attentive. Never an issue of worry. The resort is secluded by itself from the main traffic of cars and pedestrians making it quiet and a feeling of being off somewhere special even though you can walk to many places.
• Slow responses to complaints. My Friends say that when they reported room problems (leaks, plumbing etc.), staff took a long time to fix or did not properly resolve the issue.
• Sometimes staff are seen as unhelpful or not proactive. Some complaints about attitude.
• Especially, The guy receptionist JIBIN
He is totally embarrassing and wasting my time with argue about issue in arrogance
We recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible for us to take a bath. When we contacted the front desk, Mr. Jibin informed us that the issue did not fall under their responsibility and advised us to reach out to the agent, MakeMyTrip. What will MakeMyTrip will do to resolve the water issue. not sure if they will send some plumbers to fix that. No action was taken to resolve the problem. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Naina Resort & Spa in Phuket is a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations! The resort's beautiful design, serene ambiance, and excellent service made my stay truly unforgettable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Jibin Bro, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. His exceptional hospitality, helpful nature, and attention to detail truly made a difference.
The resort's location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to Patong Beach, markets, and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. We particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the friendly staff.

One of the worst hotels you’ll ever come across.
The staff and executives are completely clueless about their work and seem to wander around aimlessly. I had initially booked a standard room, which they upgraded to a superior room — and while I appreciated that gesture, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare.
The washbasin was clogged, the AC wasn’t cooling and instead made loud, disturbing noises with water dripping from it. When I complained, two executives arrived who clearly had no idea what to do — wasting both their time and ours. We were then shifted to another room, only to find the same issues there as well.
It seems all their rooms have clogged washbasins, old AC units that barely function, and a complete lack of maintenance. To make matters worse, there was a power cut during our stay for a full hour — with no power backup! Yes, you read that right — no generator, no backup, nothing. The staff remained shockingly casual about it, as if it was no big deal.
Every time we raised a concern, their standard excuse was, “You’re paying less, so please bear with it.” I’m sorry, but paying ₹2000 a night is not “less” — it’s someone’s hard-earned money, and guests deserve basic respect and functioning facilities in return.
we stayed here for 6 nights in a superior room. The room was large with loads of hot water and a large bath. We were located in the centre section which is very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is large and the water is clear and clean. There is a bar close to the pool 2 for the price of 1 (beer) from 4-5 pm. this is the fourth time i have stayed here and will again. plenty of places to eat close by. The beach would be a 15 minute walk.
Not a bad hotel, the swimming pool and outside facilities are great and it’s a very pretty hotel from the outside, it’s close to restaurants and takeaways.
The room was very tired. Our air conditioning unit didn’t work properly and the shower was awful. It was warm but the bathroom was extremely warm with holes in the ceiling, the bed was 2 beds pushed together, the staff were really helpful and kind.
It is a good location for a hotel but the rooms do need a bit of an upgrade,
I highly recommend the room with direct access to the swimming pool. The room has a bathtub, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely warm and friendly—Jubb, Jane, Tik, and Boom were all very kind, escorting me to the room and helping with my luggage. I will definitely come back again!

Je suis venue plusieurs fois. J’ai pu voir la dégradation de l’hôtel. La piscine (carrelage manquant, sale), les chambres (rideaux hyper sale, literie, serviettes déchirées). Le ménage laisse à désirer mais le personnel est toujours accueillant
