If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. O hotel não oferece conforto mínimo para bebês. Eles informam que possui berço, mas ao chegarmos no hotel encontramos um berço sem colchão. Quando falamos com a recepção ficamos assustados quando informaram que não possui colchão para o berço e deram a opção de forrar o fundo do berço com edredom! Absurdo para um hotel deste porte. Além disso, se negaram a aquecer no microondas uma comida do bebê. O hotel definitivamente não é apropriado para famílias com bebês.

Perfeita acomodação, funcionários educados e sempre à disposição! Um ponto bem interessante desse hotel é o pier que dá de frente pra toda a Orla de Vitória, vale muito a pena o final de tarde! Em relação a limpeza, por vezes eu nem precisava solicitar serviço de quarto, e quando eu chegava o quarto estava limpo! Somente agradecer a estadia no Hotel, foi perfeito comemorar meu aniversário aqui.
