Beautiful hotel, very relaxed
Pros:

Great room, very spacious and with beautiful outlook

Cons:

Felt the check-in for us was not as expected given bag with room & key explained where lift was how to get out / in that was it. Having heard someone else check-in following day, they appeared to have a better explanation of Crown Mansion Boutique and what was available.

A lovely short break in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The room was very well appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
It was a shame the dinning room wasn’t open on our visit and there wasn’t a bar service in the late afternoon, evening, for example in the library and lobby area.

Cons:

Nothing
