An enjoyable stay; the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the staff were friendly and efficient
Pros:

Our check-in went smoothly, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff at the front desk. The twin room was a nice size for two, and the spa bath, while a bit old like the facilities overall, was clean and very relaxing. Dinner at the second floor restaurant exceeded our expectations. We also liked the view from our fourth-floor room looking toward the Asari Ski Resort slopes.

Cons:

We would have enjoyed a better cup of coffee served at the first-floor cafe after check-in; though free, the machine-drip coffee was pretty bland. (OK, I admit this is a minor gripe!)

Pros:

食事が朝夕とも想像以上だった。
特に夕食がコース料理で内容もよく、満足できるものだった。

A perfect stay for my birthday trip that’s splendid and release our aches!
Pros:

The room itself is cozy and good. Onsen is perfect with both indoor and outdoor. Service of the staff though sometimes translation is needed. Even when beyond to assist me as the shop I went to doesn’t speak English. Staff went beyond to prepare my birthday surprise cake with my husband!

Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. Walkable to Asari ski resort and the on-site onsen was amazing. Just make sure to book a western room with a proper bed otherwise I think you will be disappointed.

Pros:

The onsen has both out door and indoor. Quite lax with tattoo as well. There is many drinks machine to paid for after onsen too. staffs were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is up in the mountain so it is quite far by bus from the station. The facilities overall is quite old. The room key is still a manual key.

Pros:

コインランドリーが安い、洗剤が別売りの方がいい、洗剤はいつも用意している。洗剤自動投入は反対！洗剤なしの方が安くなるから。

Cons:

コインランドリーが遠い、自動ドアの外側から中に入れない（ロック）ので困ってる。
路線バスは１時間に１本しかなく、待ち時間は約40分だった。早く到着したいのは、コインランドリーの為に、夕食は予定より約20分遅れだった。
