いい思い出がひとつもない。旅行最終日の宿選び失敗。

特にないです。

Cons:

約五万円も払っての宿泊なのにこれは酷い。
人生の中で初めて、宿選びを失敗したなと思いました。

・料理が美味しくない。刺身が魚臭い。料理が美味しいという口コミが多かったのもあって期待していた分、がっかりです
・料理を運んできてくれた人がタバコ臭い。タバコ臭い人が接客とかあり得ないです
・部屋に白い粉がたくさん落ちていた。掃除しているのか疑う
・お風呂のお湯に大きい虫が浮いていた。。虫が入らないようにネットをしてくれていましたが、隙間から入ったのか、元から入っていたのか。虫を取ってから入浴することはできましたが、虫がつかっていたお湯に入るのは気持ち悪くてできませんでした。せっかく客室露天風呂付きの部屋を取っていたのに、一度も入ることなく終わった。
・古い建物だから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、私たちの予約していた部屋に行くには階段しかなく、エレベーターがなかった。重いキャリーケースを持っての登り降りはしんどかったです。

Pros:

ロビーは広く、清潔感もあります
お部屋も広く清潔
露天風呂も時間的に人が少なく、ゆったりできおた。満足。
ピアノの演奏もあり、優雅なひとときを過ごせます。

口コミだけ見て行くと損した気分になる。
Pros:

朝食はバリエーション豊富で美味しかった！
マグロの刺身や、味噌汁、あんかけ焼きそばが朝から食べれてよかった！

Cons:

あらかじめベットをくっ付けて欲しいとお願いして、了解したとメールが来たが、実際客室は何も変更されておらず残念でした。温泉は下水臭くて虫が沈んでいて汚い。掃除道具が丸見え。フロントのマネージャーみたいな男性の態度が凄く悪い。高圧的な受け答えで嫌な気分でした。

It was a good stay, Clean good view would recommend going in winter if possible

The property was very nice. It was very clean. The staff was helpful. Free parking was a plus

Cons:

It’s a little further away from where I thought it would be, but my fault I should’ve looked at the map a little more. If you book the restaurants with the dinner, please contact the hotel to give you an idea of what the dinner is so you can make changes. It is a set menu, but you can make a request for dietary changes. I did not know this at the time of booking.
