温泉の脱衣場の貴重品入れがコイン式だったが事前に知らされていないため利用できなかった。
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very well laid out, with everything you could need for your stay! We enjoyed the breakfast as well, as there were many dishes (Japanese & Western) to choose from.
In comparison to other hotels, the bathing area was pretty basic, with just one hot pool, & one cold pool inside, and one hot pool outside. There was also a sauna, which was nice. I’d prefer some other hot pools as well, but it was very nice nevertheless.

Beds were nice. Room was great and location was fantastic. Good value for money only a 5minute walk from the resort with buses for both resort and city. Very nice hotpot place near by too!

Bit far from town. Free shuttle only operates a few times a day. Best if you have your own car or willing to rely on taxis
Our check-in went smoothly, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff at the front desk. The twin room was a nice size for two, and the spa bath, while a bit old like the facilities overall, was clean and very relaxing. Dinner at the second floor restaurant exceeded our expectations. We also liked the view from our fourth-floor room looking toward the Asari Ski Resort slopes.
We would have enjoyed a better cup of coffee served at the first-floor cafe after check-in; though free, the machine-drip coffee was pretty bland. (OK, I admit this is a minor gripe!)
