Cons:

一開始房卡出問題打不開重新過卡後才能開。這其實還好我比較在意的是晚餐的時候送上的湯裡面有一根頭髮。其它的部分我都覺得還不錯。

Great getaway just off the highway
Pros:

Onsen was great! Room was huge and had a great view.

Piano performance was nice and overall a very zen experience.

The worst hotel is Japan ! A poor man’s hostel at a high price of $361.50 a night is a rip off!!!

Hotel is Old dilapidated and in very poor condition in bad need of repair with rust and black mound spots everywhere the onsen is disgustingly bad unlike all other places food is plentiful but very low quality products the staff is very polite but since there is no manager on site unable to do much there are no signs in English anywhere. This is not a hotel that should be on the Booking list for foreigners and high price is not justifiable.

Nice & quiet location, comfortable rooms, good food, very good value! Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very well laid out, with everything you could need for your stay! We enjoyed the breakfast as well, as there were many dishes (Japanese & Western) to choose from.

Cons:

In comparison to other hotels, the bathing area was pretty basic, with just one hot pool, & one cold pool inside, and one hot pool outside. There was also a sauna, which was nice. I’d prefer some other hot pools as well, but it was very nice nevertheless.
