all though the neighbours were dickheads yelling at each other all night!

Would not recommend it.

The place is old and tired.
Cleanliness was less than acceptable.
I believe the receptionist was not truthful about the sauna being out of order as speaking to another guest he stated that it hasn't been working for 2 years since the time he has been visiting.
Take it off the website if you are not going to get it fixed.
Friday night we spent a lot of money in the bar on drinks and on dinner, the male bar tender was so stress out about serving people that I had to ask him to calm down and provide good quality customer service to me!
The female staff member with the glasses was running around collecting glasses and bottles, poured my champagne into my glass and let it flow out all over the bench - didn't come back to clean it up.

Very comfortable bed, great food in bar but couldn’t relax and watch a movie or news

No remote control for tv so tv didn’t work no staff in reception or domestic staff so asked Manager of bar about getting one and she didn’t even try to help

Great for location and meals.

Location is great, close to everything

Cons:

The sauna was not working.
For the 3 nights we were there, we were expected to re-use our towels daily and that’s not including the pool use (which we did not use due to having no towels). I went to reception to ask for towels and they told me they had no more left to
