Conveniently located to our event, the room was clean and Modern

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a very strong sewage smell from the toilet. We are unknowingly left the bathroom door open. When we returned in the evening. The odour was quite terrible. We did let housekeeping know the following morning and were advised that it had been an ongoing issue and they weren’t sure why they kept allocating the room to guests. Reception was closed so we were unable to make a complaint directly but housekeeping told us it would be passed on.

Relaxing and stress free
Pros:

The room was amazing, very clean. The fact there was a washing machine and dryer made it very convenient. Also the self check in was easy to follow. Also the convenience of the shopping centre was a life saver. It's location was also a winner. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Cons:

Our bathroom was small, but can understand why. Bed was comfortable but still a little firm for my back.

Great place! Needs some updating but still great.
Pros:

Absolutely always loved this place! I learned to swim in the pool here as a kid. It was where we would always come for family holidays and it was great. Grocery store next door, family friendly joint. Overall not much has changed, unfortunately that means even the same coat of paint from when I was a kid, too.

Cons:

Seems as if it's going downhill a bit which sucks. The park here got shut down I was told by the receptionist because it was deemed unsafe nowadays. Looks haunted and hasn't been painted in what looks like a decade. The pool was good, but the spa is rank and needs a clean. Sauna is out of action and they probably won't bring it back by the looks of the rest of the pool room. Hole in the roof, paint chipped everywhere and rust stains on ceiling as well. Hopefully it bounces back. The rooms themselves are good, always have been. Would hate to see this place go to sh!t, it's always been great!
