Location was excellent. Close to shops and public transport if needed
Staying in the superior king spa sweet, bed was extremely comfortable. However there were stains on the carpet, cracked tiles in the toilet and shower, using the spa there was water pooling out from the tiles so must be a broken pipe. One of the tap fittings in the bathroom sink was loose so got covered in water after I’d gotten dressed. Pool is open 8am-8pm, however we went to use it at 8:30am and it was locked by padlock, rang reception who tried to unlock it but no one had the key for it and was told the only person who had a key was at least 30 minutes away which was a shame.
Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Great food at the on-site bistro. Very affordable.
Had great kitchenette, hotplates, washing machine. Bathroom was clean and modern. Very spacious. Table and chairs. Couch. Was very quiet location. IGA was next door and open until late. A few takeaway food places next door. Plenty of parking. Has communal indoor pool and spa.
Coffee cups had not been washed. Bed was very firm. No hand towel. Did not like meals at on site Bistro.
Everything was good nothing it was good excellent
We were happy with our stay
We didn't have enough pillows, one spare pillow was not enough, and we didn't have a hand towel in our room.
The coffee mugs were not very clean in the draw.
Just a suggestion, I think all crockery should be run through a dishwasher before being replaced in each room, being rinsed in the handbasin of the room is not very hygienic.
It had everything in the room that is needed for longer stays.
The beds were quite hard and the playground was closed.
Our bed was so super comfy. We enjoyed a swim and a spa. The receptionist was so lovely, she helped with an extra room, she was just so nice.
I could hear everything going on in the room next door,
Location is convenient with lots of eatery options
Toilet needs repairs, the cistern runs and takes a long time to refill
Location and comfort
Rude staff member in gaming area.
The location mainly but the room, staff & close by options is always nice staying at the OldTudor Inn

A great place to stay when visiting Launceston.
The weather.
Yes I found this stuff very helpful chemist close and they were very helpful and friendly same in the supermarkets so the surrounding areas oh my expectations the bottle was nice and close the food and everything else was close and nice and dry tasty loved it and we'll recommend it.
The internet to able to work it out maybe some paperwork or something because that wasn't easy I like to connect my phone to that in the end.
The location was great, it is walking distance to the small supermarket, great coffee shop, pharmacy and post office. It has onsite meals, bottle shop and pokies (if that's your thing) there is also a generous sized indoor pool. We stayed in a 2 bed room with kitchen facilities.
We would have liked the restaurant and gaming to stay open later than 8pm. There really is nothing else to fault this great little find. We stayed in a 2 bed room with kitchen facilities.
Very clean and tidy
