Was not enjoyable this time, we had to go out and buy pillows as they were pre-used
Cons:

The pillows has marks on them and black hair too.

The bed wasn’t made and we seen no staff the whole time.
The washing washing/dryer did not work either.
This is the first time we have had a bad experience.

Room looked like it had some upgrades since last time. New cupboards, bench top, flooring etc.
Good location. Bistro is always great.

Cons:

Bed was quite hard. Hand rail in bathroom broken and not replaced. Otherwise everything else was good.

The bed was like a rock, there was a weird smell, the spa only worked for 15 seconds and looked like so mine had a bath in there it was that dirty

Pros:

Was super easy to check in and out, was a tidy room, easy to find, amenities nearby and there was lovely lady at the reception who made it a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The bathroom exhaust fan couldn’t keep up with the shower steam which I think kept setting off the smoke alarm plus the bathroom stayed wet for ages. Also the top bunk guard was a bit low, my eldest kid was a bit scared of sleeping in it and decided to sleep on the couch instead.

Good value for the room, bistro was terrible
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Receptionist was friendly and polite.

Cons:

Bunk beds are very dangerous, the bunk beds could do with a longer ladder and handles to grip on to. We did not use the top bunk because of this and one of us had to sleep on the couch. Food at the bistro was drenched in oil and not worth the money. Staff at the bistro were unhelpful.

Comfortable and quiet stay
Pros:

Comfortable good size room with a comfortable bed. Good bathroom with a big shower. Comfy sofa and TV with streaming. Kitchen facilities were all we needed for a couple of nights. Good pub food in restaurant.

Cons:

We used the pool which was very nice and there were changing facilities and a shower. The spa didn't work properly tho and only stayed on for a minute. It was half empty and only lukewarm.
