Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Pros:

Konumu gayet iyiydi, çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Valizlerimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde sakladılar. Hava oldukça soğuktu ama odanın sıcaklığı iyiydi.

Cons:

Tuvaletlerinin cam olması konforsuzdu. Tek bir kapı hem duşu hem tuvaleti kapatıyordu.

Cama demasiado grande para espaço do quarto embora confortável, o isolamento sonoro entre os quartos paredes não muito boas de isolamento sonoro . Em relação ao espaço em si não muitas regras de respeito tb pelo facto de estarem falando demasiado alto as horas da noite entre as 22 e as 23 horas

I rented a large room with a panoramic window and paid extra for it. But when I arrived, they told me it was chemically cleaned and offered me a regular room. I declined. But after 15 minutes, I realized the room wasn't "undesirable" but "impossible" to stay in because the chemicals were so strong and made me cough every minute. After that, they simply upgraded me to a cheaper room without refunding the price difference or even apologizing. I continued coughing for another two hours after the room change because I'd inhaled too much chemicals. The worst service I've ever experienced 👎

Very convenient location in the city center, you can leave your luggage for free in the luggage room.

Cons:

There was no kettle or coffee machine to heat water. We had to go downstairs to the cooler to do that. We could hear our neighbors talking, and when the doors to other rooms closed, the walls shook. The mattresses were very dirty. And it was very cold in the room.
