A very authentic and memorable experience
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel, after my first visit in 2013, and I was delighted to see that time has only made it better. The hotel is a visual delight, tastefully decorated, and offers breathtaking views over Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle—one of the most beautiful panoramas in all of Cappadocia. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, the breakfast is outstanding with an impressive variety of options, and the rooms are very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this place; it truly felt like home, and I will definitely be coming back

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner. Un bel hotel de charme avec feu de bois en hiver dans le lobby.
Vue exceptionnelle depuis la chambre, mais chambre legerement bruyante car des voitures demarrent la nuit ou se gare au pied de la chambre.
le personnel tres sympatique.

Cons:

La salle de bain/toilette qui n'est pas chauffée ( ou mal avec seulement des chauffe-serviettes) était glaciale. Mais douche tres agréable et eau bien chaude.

SUPER(BE) HOTEL POUR UN TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR
Pros:

Suat est un hôte attentif et son équipe chaleureuse et disponible. L’hôtel est propre, l'emplacement idéal, le petit déjeuner turc copieux et très bon. N'hésitez pas à tester le restaurant....

Cons:

Le wifi a tendance à demander à être reconnecté et le petit déjeuner à 8h30 est un peu tard.

Klimatyczny kamienny budynek, w całości wyremontowany, Świetna lokalizacja (samo centrum miejscowości, ale bez tłoku, samochód można zaparkować łatwo i bez dodatkowych opłat w sąsiedztwie hotelu). Świetny widok na zamek i okolice z tarasu i części śniadaniowej. Bardzo dobre śniadanie hotelowe. O wchodzie słońca świetny widok na Goreme / balony z punktu ok. 150 metrów od hotelu, ale z samego hotelu też są widoczne w porze śniadaniowej. Obsługa pomocna. Sam Uchisar spokojniejszy od Goreme, z lepszym widokiem "z góry".

Cons:

Niektóre elementy wyposażenia pokoju nieco niedopracowane lub zużyte (słuchawka prysznica, odpływ w łazience, słabo świecące oświetlenie). WI-FI ma dobry zasięg i szybkość, ale proces logowania jest dość skomplikowany i wymagał interwencji obsługi przy podłączaniu kolejnych urządzeń.

Amazing location next to the „castle“, with views for breakfast and from the rooftop (my picture is from rooftop). Super staff who knew all our names by the 2nd day. Huge breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was a little stinky from the bathroom drainage. But we didn’t spend much time in there, just sleeping. Too much to see and do in the area!

Cons:

Das Beistellbett für das Kind war leider kaputt. Die Musik aus dem Restaurant war bis 12 Uhr nachts ziemlich laut, was alle Gäste des Hotel gehört haben.

Calm stay
Pros:

It was a nice, excellent and calm stay in Uchisar. The manager is so kind and polite. The breakfast is amazing, variant and very tasty. I highly recommend this place to stay.
