Muito bom.
Pros:

Linda vista da praia, com cadeiras e guarda sol pros hóspedes, atendimento de bar na praia. Quarto amplo e muito limpo.
Café da manhã variado e muito bom. Equipe no 10.
Estacionamento com manobrista a 20 reais a diária, acho que compensa.
Pé na areia.

This was my third time there.
The staff at the breakfast always super friendly. Aline at the front desk helped me with an issue with the WiFi changing my room.
Great size bedrooms. Bathrooms need to be updated.
First night was not very pleasant, WiFi did not work at all, complained 3 times and the answer was the technician would be there to check the following day. No updates on fixing but Aline went above and beyond and changed my room.
I love the location.
Next time I will probably try the ones more modern around the area

A localização do hotel é excelente. Mas para por aí!! O estacionamento é pago, até toalha se quiser eles “emprestam” por 2,00 cada. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar! O café da manhã é fraco, eles ofertam muitas massas (pães, bolos, bolachas) mas o sabor dos bolos são horríveis. A tapioca faz na hora, mas vem crua. Sem falar no atendimento do café da manhã, o pessoal nem olha na sua cara.

Pros:

Hotel normal, nada demais. O bom que é bem de frente para a praia. Café na manhã bom, camas bem grandes. O maior problema foi o mal cheiro do banheiro pois, a janela dos banheiros fica para a onde fica os canos então fica com muito mal cheiro. Reclamei mas não adiantou.

Pessimo! Primeiro momento que ao chegar no hotel fui coagida e obrigada a pagar a totalidade da reserva, nao ha qualquer informação sobre pagamento antecipado no check in. Ressalto que ainda efetusram a cobrança de uma diaria em outubro de 2024 mesmo inserindo o cancelamento gratuito ate o dia 26/12. Sinceramente nunca mais ponhomos oes nesse hotel
Fora a desorganização do bar da praia ao qual solicitei um drink que demorou mais de 2h. Se meu marido nao fosse so hotel perguntar nao seria entregue. O casal ao meu pado desistiu do apertivo que pediram pois estavam aguardando mais de 3h. Fora a limpeza do quarto extremamente pessima, isso porque fiquei em suite superior vista mar. A gerente Claudia muito ruim sem qualquer preparo
Quando questionafa dobre ompagamento antecipado a mesma respondeu "todos os hoteis daqui cobram assim". Serio isso? Que tipo de treinamento esse hotel faz aos seus funcionarios???? Nao visualizei no dia 27/12 o CDC à vista do consumidor. Hotel Hardmann NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREI!!!
