Clean & Comfortable Stay in Handy Location.
Pros:

Location. Friendly reception staff, secure car park & clean & comfortable room.
Diagonally opposite Flagstaff station & William g Latrobe Street trams.

Cons:

No sponge in kitchen. Asked and was given a face washer.
Like other places provide, a pkt of biscuits or a provided snack would have been nice to have with a cuppa on arrival.

Short term stay. I had a couple of issues arise earlier in the day and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when assisting me with varying my booking.

Cons:

Location is perfect, extremely convenient for travellers on public transport. Lovely outlay as you walk into the hotel bur the gorgeous artwork / feature wall was my favourite
