Central and kind staff with clean rooms
Pros:

It was very central and clean, the hospitality and service was lovely

Cons:

there was an oven with no baking trays, so you couldn’t even use the oven, the utensils were plastic so melting them was at very high risk, I paid nearly 3k for 6 nights and that amount of money was not worth the stay.

A great hotel, conveniently located with good room facilities.
Pros:

First holiday in Melbourne, great location, convenient parking. Walking distance to the river and all that is in the centre of Melbourne. Room was well equipped and good standard throughout. Reception staff were very helpful. Check on parking arrangements and location before you arrive. No stopping area out front and parking is down an alley at the back.

Cons:

No breakfast/dinner facilities in the hotel, they are in the adjacent hotel. As a result didn't use them. Not as good as other OAKS facilities

Good value for the money
Pros:

Location is great as the Free trams are out at the front door. Rooms are reasonable. Staff very Friendly.

Świetnie położony hotel, blisko stacji kolejowych i tramwajów. Pokój bardzo duży, z wyposażoną kuchnią.

Cons:

Pod prysznicem tylko deszczownica, brak zwykłej słuchawki prysznicowej.
