Great hospitality
Pros:

Very grateful for the upgrade and a room was made available on our early arrival. We were well looked after by the professionalism and the kindness of the hotel staff, Marjan, polite and always smiling.
Hotel was in great location, easy access to tram and train.

Position was perfect. The view in the upgrade was excellent but everything was great.
