O hotel fica bem afastado da cidade. Ao redor, é difícil acha um restaurante tailandês. Os quartos são enormes. Apesar de anunciar TV a cabo, não há canais estrangeiros. Café da manhã bom, mas tem de escolher o que for comer num menu de seis itens. O pessoal é extremamente simpático. O inusitado: foi solicitado um depósito de 200 bahts para a chave do quarto. Se perdesse a chave, o depósito não seria devolvido.

This was a lovely hotel! We booked in May as this property had a pool and it was hot, but the pool was closed for our full 4 night stay! The rooms were spacious, and clean with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the room that was replenished each day which was amazing. There were some ants on the table at times but they can’t keep them all out and they weren’t a bother! The staff were really friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Chiang Rai (the clock tower and walking street area)! So the location was great, it was quiet whilst being amongst the main area. Overall we had a great stay, and we would certainly stay again! They also had a 24 hour desk service to buy snacks / drinks and meant we could check out early as we had a bus to catch! We can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind, we would deffo stay here again.

Lovely stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money with large rooms, breakfast and a pool. WiFi and tv options leave room for improvement

My family was very happy with this hotel. It is amazing that each room has a different color. Therefore you may find another feeling when you stay for your next trip. The staffs are well-trained for their services. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.

距離鐘樓有些遠,步行往鐘樓就是15分鐘左右,周邊亦沒有甚麼措施,但旁邊有間食牛腩與鴨肉河粉的小店味道真不錯,步行至星期日的HAPPY STREET亦很近。整體而言，住在這裡性價很值得，房間很大，職員親切有禮，早餐選擇不多，但份量很足，食飽是沒有問題的。由夜市坐TUK TUK回酒店就是80-100BAHTS左右。

チェンライでは、ソンテオ、ツクツク、タクシーなどが頻繁に通らないため
移動するには不便な場所です。
一度ナイトバザールまで歩いたら、4kmくらいあったかな？

โรงแรมอยู่ตัวเมือง ใกล้สถานที่สำคัญ พนักงานบริการดีมาก สุภาพ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส โรงแรมบรรยากาศดี ด้านหลังโรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำให้บริการด้วย มีสวนหย่อมให้นั่งเล่น อาหารเช้าอร่อยและคุ้มมาก(แค่อาหารเช้าก็รู้สึกว่าคุ้มแล้ว) ขอแนะนำเมนู ไข่กะทะล้านนา อร่อยจริงๆค่ะ
แต่ละห้องจะมีหลายสีให้เลือก ห้องน้ำมีอ่างให้แช่ เตียงนุ่มนอนหลับสบายสุดๆ ห้องกว้าง แต่เสียดายอย่างหนึ่งคือร้านนมยังไม่เปิด ร้านนมอยู่หน้าโรงแรมดูน่ารักมากๆ
สรุปแล้วบริการที่ได้รับคุ้มค่า คุ้มราคาสุดๆ ไปเที่ยวมาเหนื่อยๆพอกระโดดขึ้นเตียงแล้วหลับพักสบายเลย ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปเชียงรายอีกต้องไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Sehr schönes Hotel. Nette Angestellte. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Hier würde ich wieder absteigen.

Melhor custo benefício e desde minha chegada a primeira impressão já foi de estar no lugar certo e realmente estava certo quando optei por este magnífico Hotel.

The hotel is somewhat distance from the tourist area. But it is quiet and relaxed place to stay. Staff could be a little more helpful in helping you get around the town.

Room is big, breakfast is good,but wifi very weak

-TV has only one channel
-restaurant has only breakfast menu, all day
-while taking shower, water temperature changed to really hot and really cold
-poor internet
-no wheelchair facilities
-not clean
-noisy

Bed is good, only the bathroom slower water temperature cannot be adjust.

This used to be a nice hotel but in the past two years it lacks management and up keeping, there is really nobody running this property anymore, it seems to be the owner isn't interested to keep this property in
good shape. There are minor issues like hot/cold water, housekeeping etc.which could be solved easily.
Wifi is very poor, no lift decoration and so on

Good location, clean and big room but I have to tell that the air conditioned is noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
