Bom, mas tem potencial lara melhorar

Acomodações amplas.

Cons:

Restaurante muito pequeno, sem local para o cafe da manhã.
Cobertor precisa de uma lavagem...Curitiba é frio e as acomodações precisam oferecem edredon que não acumule poeira e ácaro.

Horrível, extremamente negativa!
Cons:

Péssimo atendimento, quartos (504) com ar condicionado antigo e sem funcionar a função de quente, estava muito frio e não aquecia o ambiente, pedimos mais cobertas e não havia disponível na unidade CWB Andrade. Após reclamações e falar com a gerente do hotel (pois na recepção não se disponibilizaram a resolver a situação) nos deslocaram para outro hotel da rede, isso perto da meia noite, para a unidade Guaira (cujo taxista nos levou erroneamente por falta de orientação do hotel) e de lá nos deslocaram novamente para a unidade Braz que tivemos que subir dois lances de escadas cheias de malas pois não tem elevador até a recepção desse hotel, se alguém tiver problemas de mobilidade não vá mesmo, o ar do quarto não esquentava também Péssimo atendimento do recepcionista na unidade CWB Andrade, sem empatia. Foi péssima a experiência!!! Horrível.

Pros:

A localização é exelente. Fomos bem recepcionados. A distância até o estacionamento é tranquila, e de fácila cesso. O Café é razoavel, condizente com o custo. Os quarto são amplos e com frigobar e tv funcionais.

Cons:

Infelizmente passamos frio, pois o ar condicinado não deu conta de esquentar o quarto, que é grande, e o chuveiro simplesmente não esquentou. O quarto era muito úmido. Além disso, dava medo de andar de elevador pois trepidava demais.
