Desconforto, falta de educação, propaganda enganosa .
Pros:

Recepção com atendimento insatisfatório. O recepcionista de cabelo loiro foi bastante mal-educado, em contraste com a outra atendente que estava com ele, que foi educada e atenciosa.

O hotel também não cumpre o que informa na descrição sobre estacionamento. Ao chegar, descobrimos que não existe estacionamento próprio. É necessário deixar o veículo em um local que nem pertence ao hotel e ainda pagar por isso. No dia da hospedagem, estava chovendo muito e, ao questionar a informação de que havia estacionamento, o recepcionista ainda respondeu com deboche, alegando que estacionamento de parceiro conta como estacionamento e era válido . No mesmo dia pelo menos 3 hospedem manifestaram o mesmo desconforto que o meu em deixar carro em local que não é do hotel e é sair na rua com malas.

Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto 704 não funciona adequadamente.
