La ubicación, frente a la playa
El personal super atentos a responder antes cualquier duda.

Cons:

En las habitaciones no hay forma para tomarse un té o café en la noche.
Al llegar preguntamos y lo primero que hicieron fue cobrarme el té.
Creo que eso fue lo único que puedo decir que no me gusta de la estadia

Excelente localização, café da manhã bem completo.
Pros:

Excelente localização, beira mar, o que permite que você deixe suas coisas no hotel e caminhe pela praia. Quarto confortável e café da manhã bem completo.

Cons:

O hotel parece ter muitos anos e requer manutenção contínua, meu box alagava todo o banho, ou seja, não havia vazão suficiente do ralo, o que é um pouco anti higiênico, a meu ver.

Simplesmente tudo. Li todas as avaliações negativas e ,depois de me hospedar, não entendi muitas delas.
O hotel é impecável!
Fizeram suco de caju pra mim no café, sem nem estar disponível no buffet. A arrumação do quarto é impecável. Os funcionários, nem se fala. Que gracinhas!
O esquema da pulseira com tag é perfeito. O portão do hotel é na areia.
Voltarei com certeza!

Muy bueno para descansar unas vacaciones.
Pros:

Me gusta el hotel porque esta frente mismo a la playa de Ponta Negra que es la mejor de Natal. Tiene varias piscinas con buenas tumbonas y sombrillas y una de ellas tiene un bar dentro del agua. Tienes la posibilidad de tomar media pensión con el desayuno (muy bueno) y la cena incluídos. Ya nos hemos alojado en este hotel varias veces otros años por lo que lo recomiendo.

El horario en que hacen la habitación es muy tarde.
