Localização e infraestrutura são ótimas!

Café da manhã é bom; funcionários ali são muito atenciosos; cozinha com pratos bem elaborados e estão sempre prontos a atender às necessidades dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Café da manhã, apesar de ter grande variedade de alimentos, precisa melhorar com a higienização. A chapa de preparação de alimentos apresentava-se, todos os dias, com muita crosta de gordura queimada que impregnava nos alimentos processados ali. Outro fator extremamente necessário de resolver é a quantidade de moscas e mosquitos sobre os alimentos naquele ambiente. Não adianta cobrir com plástico-filme os alimentos secos. O plástico-filme logo encolhe e as moscas entram. Considero isto importante pq de nada adianta um excelente café, mas sem os cuidados para manter o hóspede saudável! Isto não combina com toda infraestrutura do hotel!

Achei os funcionários da recepção pouco receptivos para dúvidas. Não gostei da limpeza no quarto; pois, percebi que não geram trocadas toalhas. Na garagem ocorreu demora na abertura de portões. E, o café da manhã, não foi satisfatório para o valor cobrado na diária.

O hotel é maravilhoso, as piscinas lindas e deliciosas, a vista é a cereja do bolo, os garçons muito atenciosos, hotel de frente para a praia, limpeza de quarto diária.

Cons:

O café da manhã e farto, mas todos os dias é o mesmo, só muda a proteína, um dia carne seca, outro frango desfiado enfim, poderia ter mais variedade e diversidade....
As refeições são bem caras.
