Hôtel kawaï et accueillant. Vous ne manquerez de rien.
Pros:

Les loutres !!! Si vous ne l'aviez pas remarqué sur les photos, l'hôtel est décoré sur le thème de leurs mascottes : des loutres. C'est très kawai, et si vous aimez ça vous serez ravis. Sinon ça peut sembler un peu kitsch.
Boissons gratuites à volonté dans le lobby, et le matin des pâtisseries (industrielles mais bonnes) gratuites également : melon pan, etc.
Accessible à pied depuis la gare shinkansen d'Okayama. Le jardin Koraku-en n'est qu'à 20 minutes à pied, et deux fois moins en transport en commun.
La ville d'Okayama nous a semblé très sympa, et nous avons presque regretté de n'y avoir prévu qu'un jour (pour la visite du jardin).

Cons:

Le lit était dur, comme c'est souvent le cas dans ce type d'hôtel au Japon. Idem pour les espaces de rangement quasi inexistants.
Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, sachez que la télé propose deux canaux "adultes" accessibles sans code ou autre paiement. Un peu étrange au milieu du décors de loutres kawaï :-)

Gut gelegen, freundliches Personal, es gibt ein eigenes Maskottchen. Günstig.

Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, auf dem Schreibtisch lag ein Haar.

雖然是感覺較有年紀的旅館，但一切都很好，推薦來這裡住宿
Pros:

離車站不遠，附近就有超商、Aeon百貨、許多餐廳、甚至旁邊就是綠園道可以散步
櫃檯人員服務非常好，而且冰棒、飲品有些免費，給住戶販賣的商品也很便宜

Cons:

硬要說一個的話，電梯比較小，且只有一個，但我們可以接受
