O café da manhã turco também merece destaque, com uma grande variedade de opções deliciosas!

Um cuidado especial que fez toda a diferença: tínhamos duas reservas, a primeira de uma diária em um quarto superior e a segunda de seis diárias em um quarto duplo convencional. Como havia disponibilidade, o hotel gentilmente nos permitiu permanecer no quarto superior durante toda a estadia, evitando que precisássemos trocar de acomodação.

Foi uma experiência excelente, marcada pelo conforto e, principalmente, pela hospitalidade. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria a me hospedar!

Piękny wystrój, wygodne przestronne pokoje, bardzo uprzejmy personel. Super ogródek z przestrzenią śniadalnianą i 4 kotami rezydentami :)

Cons:

Niestety sauny były podczas naszego pobytu w trakcie renowacji, więc nie mogłyśmy z nich skorzystać.

Očekávaný poměr cena/kvalita (byli jsme mimo hlavní sezónu)
Pros:

V podstatě skoro všechno bylo Ok. Byli jsme tři a místo 3lúžkového pokoje nám dáli 4místní superior s 2pokoji. To potěšilo a za to velice děkujeme! Chválím místo snídaně - skleněný altánek na dvorku hotelu. V pěší vzdálenosti od tramvajové zastávky, odkud se jednoduše dostanete ke všem památkám. Dostatek nábytku a odkládacích ploch.

Cons:

Na obou záchodech hodně smrděla kanalizace :-( Rozumím, že je to asi polohou hotelu, možná starými trubkami apod., ale pokud někdo z personálu to bude číst, tak tam prosím aspoň dejte nějakou vůní! A ještě vytknu snídaně - zdaleka nebyla tak výborná, jak jiní lidé psali v recenzích. Obyč, průměr a po 9:30 (podávají se 7:30 až 10:30) už se třeba teplá jídla nedoplňovala.

My husband and I had planned travelling to Istanbul after many of our friends had highly recommended us to visit. On our stay in Enderun Hotel we encountered a group of young men tending to the guests whom were professional and very welcoming to us. We have no words to explain how good we felt during our 4 day stay at Enderun. Our room was simply gorgeous and their breakfast room was beautiful and the buffet was superb! But, our highlight was meeting Osman and Baran, both young men whom treated us like gold with their professionalism and great care. They were exemplary in referring restaurants nearby and landmarks for us to visit. We even got to be accompanied to the ATM by one of them in order to obtain some cash. That we highly recommend this hotel is an understatement, since it truly exceeded our expectations and we are so glad that we booked them! Our vacation to Istanbul was made brilliant by our stay in Enderun!
