Avoid room 200
Pros:

Great location between Marina Bay and Chinatown and right next to the excellent Lau Pa Sat food market. Lovely rooftop pool, nice decor, friendly staff and great bar downstairs. Bed super comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly there were a few things not to like. The main one was our room (200). Right next to.the gym and the lifts. The sound-,proofing to the gym was ok, but there was mire foot traffic near the lifts and our door was poorly sound-proofed.

The other negative about the room is the aircon. Having matched our preset temp it would turn off with a clunk, then turn on again in about 2-3 minutes for about 15 seconds. This pattern went on all night until I switched it to on with lowest fan. The room cooled down to a chilly 17deg but this was preferable to the intrusive on-off of the auto mode.

Cons:

The rooftop needs a smoking area, we visited multiple rooftop bars in Singapore and every single bar had a smoking section for guests.

Parfait déjà allée 2 fois et espère une troisième !
Pros:

Tout est de grande qualité à tous les niveaux, comme un 5 étoiles et superbement situé pour être au centre de Lampa Sat. Idéal cela fait deux fois qu’on y va c’est toujours parfait et très stylé comme un boutique hôtel.

La salle de gym est un peu « froide »

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

The facilities were exactly what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located, so we could walk almost everywhere without needing a taxi. We booked three rooms for our family, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request to have them next to each other. The infinity pool with its bar was a wonderful escape from the hot and humid weather, and the breakfast was excellent. However, these are all things you'd generally expect from a hotel of this standard.
What really stood out was the staff. We arrived very early (around 9am), even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. Anastasia at reception was exceptional—she immediately arranged one room for us so we could freshen up and store our luggage, and then had the remaining rooms ready before midday at no extra charge. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. We stayed for three days and couldn't fault the hotel. Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel, with a lovely rooftop pool and bar. Very central, stylish and comfortable.
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel with a lovely rooftop pool. The rooms were well designed and comfortable. And we enjoyed the Sunday oysters and martinis deal at Cygnet. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The corridors to the rooms are a little narrow, given it is a heritage building. It’s not very practical when pulling big suitcases.

Gorgeous
Pros:

Very nice aesthetic, nice pool, extremely comfy bed and sheets

Cons:

The lobby area was small and was full of bags, lots of chaos and noise. It didn’t always have a calm feeling when you came through the doors.

Amazing staff - great location.
Pros:

Great staff - so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in an great location with the Lau Pa Sat right outside. Hotel room has everything you need, even a Dyson hairdryer.

Bra rom og generelle fasiliteter

Cons:

Personalet, ikke mange smil å se. Og svært lite fleksible for å få beholde rom noe lenger, krevde høy betaling selv når det var ledige rom.
