Pros:

The staff were excellent. Loved mom and daughter. Housekeeping cleans well. Best monster cookies I have EVER eaten in the lobby!

Cons:

The maintenance on this property is TERRIBLE. Carpet is coming apart. Hot tub is dirty. Pool is closed. Slide is freezing. Front door had to be pried open.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. We could walk to different businesses in the area. Example Walmart, Tim Hortons , Canadian Tire.

Nice room and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel was clean and very nice, breakfast was pretty good. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Switches to turn on sauna & hot tub did not work. The exercise room was very well equipped however all equipment showing signs of rust.

Lack of curiosity for guests
Pros:

The hotel itself was immaculate
However, my neighbours who stayed behind the bed had kids and the kids were screaming, crying and what sounded like jumping off furniture early hours of the morning and I heard big crash. It sounded like they had multiple guests coming and going too. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to start a confrontation and I understand kids will be kids but it woke me up.

Staff were wonderful though this time my room wasn’t as clean as usual. There were small black hairs all over my sheets and black bugs that were flying around me all night. The beds were also not protected with bed bug protection covers and there was blood on
