住房遇上問題，前枱職員馬上回饋，大堂前堂經理羅小姐亦好誠懇向我們道歉，提供貼心安排我們順利check out

酒店位置很好，很方便，附近也有食肆。
喜歡前枱職員有禮貌，大堂前堂經理羅小姐很貼心幫忙我們退房離開酒店。

Cons:

這次入住安排的房間很差，如廁後冇水沖，叫維修員來修，維修員只回覆沒得修理，需要等數分鐘後才能上水，非常不便，令本人不滿。房間廁所鏡框疑似曾被燒焦，很多焦黑，牆上插蘇位疑似被毀壞，風筒插蘇頭插唔入，安全起見亦不敢用插蘇位。房間還有其他問題，令我當晚好不安，不能寧靜入睡。前枱職員馬上回應，大堂前堂經理羅小姐亦誠懇道歉，並貼心照顧我們退房及離開酒店。

Un peu déçus !
Pros:

Nous avons aime la chambre, spacieuse et agréable, le service en chambre et la lingerie sont parfaits. Les extérieurs soignés et magnifiques, le hall d’entrée somptueux.

Cons:

L’établissement est vraiment trop grand à notre goût. En revenant du restaurant chinois (par ailleurs excellent) nous avons mis du temps à retrouver notre chemin en traversant d’immenses salles inoccupées ou utilisées comme entrepôts.
Notre repas du dernier soir au restaurant Market (à la carte) a été très décevant.
Le petit déjeuner était superbe et excellent mais un matin, alors que le buffet ouvre à 6h, nous demandons des gaufres à 6h45, la réponse d’un serveur a été “le préposé prend son petit déjeuner” !
Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels Intercontinental et c’est la première fois que nous en sommes partis um peu déçus.

Рантше отель был хорош, но месторасположение далеко от центра.
Pros:

Природа, если не смотреть на другую сторону реки, где живут местные и мусорка с одной стороны. Очень удобная кровать и птицы поют.

Cons:

Не расторопность персонала, отель обветшалый , много разваливается чего.
