The bed was to hard
No Breakfast . After wake up first thing to do is looking for breakfast. Cleaning is not good . I found lots of trash above the bed . The linen is full of hair whose is that i don't know . I stay there for 8 night they only clean my room and change my linen one time. All Linen are damaged by cigarettes. I found lots of hole

The property was filthy, it was infested with bedbugs, and the staff was nowhere to be found. The clientele did not make me feel safe. I didn’t even spend the night there.
The toilet hadn't been flushed. The shower wasn't clean. There was dirt on the bathroom floor.
the price was right but the curtains were torn, run was torn, bathroom curtain was hun backwards. The firepit looked like garbage was being burned outside, the phone didn't work for room to room communications. The property needs a bit of TLC to fix it up.

I called to see if I could check in around 10am on my arrival date which was earlier than the time frame I selected during the booking. The gentleman said I could check in anytime. I confirmed he said anytime and he stated yes for a 2ndtime. I showed up at 945, he states he neverr said that and he needed to charge me $20 extra for earlier check in. I needed the room at that particular time hence my asking him the day before. So I paid the $20 because I was in a bind. Definitely wouldn't go there again as he scammed me.

Everything! Dirty, stinks bad, curtins were torn, floors were dirty, found 2 bugs crawling across the bed, shower curtain was torn. This place was a disaster!!!
Very unspectacular. Dated and dingy. Nothing was horrendous, but nothing stood out either. Mattress was old and lumpy. A few small stains on the bedspread. Slightly musty smell in the room but not overwhelming. Spartan and utilitarian. Fine for a night, decent value for the price.
Clean basic hotel. Not fancy, but bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
We paid $24 for Continental breakfast but they don't offer it. We were also told check out was 11, but it is really 10. The site needs to be updated to what the hotel offers.
I have been away from the area for six or more years, and when I left their was no hotel here. So when my husband and I drove up from MD we were GREATLY realived to see the pleasant night in in west Carthage NY by price chopper, because after a 7 drive a stop to see family it was going to be a long drive to lowville or Watertown to get a room. This place is great and everything you possibly would need to know is directly and clearly posted at the front desk. Also the coffee is always a good day starter. Thank you for the memories and we appreciate you and your staff.
I really don't have anything to complain about. It was clean quiet and warm bed was comfy and It was a great place
