Shopping nearby
Toilet paper was so thin, that you could see through it. I know it’s about cheaper supplies, but you have to use more too. Elevator rug was dirty. Needed a good cleaning.
Candlewood Suites in Greenville, South Carolina was great to deal with. Rachel and other staff were very friendly!!!!

Monica and Allyson very good management staff great and can't say enough about Scott in maintenance always dependable works very hard as soon as he gets a work order it's fixed need more workers like him real funny too u wil have a great stay the staff atmosphere makes u keep wanting to come back
The room was spacious.
We needed an extended checkout and they accommodated the request with no additional charge

The hotel and the rooms seemed very dilapidated. The rooms were sooooo basic. The tv was about a 15 year old 32 inch! I could barely get the remote to change channels. The shower in the bathroom had mold all around the edges and cracked tiles. I would not recommend for this price.
Cleanliness and age.
Wish they offered some type of complimentary breakfast. Everything was great. Easy check in
Beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows as well. Night check in was on top of things even though my arrival was very late.
Booking indicated a pull out sofa. There wasn’t one. It really didn’t matter for our purposes, though someone may need to edit the booking.com information.
I travel the states for work and stay in alot of hotels. This place is fantastic great rates, clean rooms, Great staff, Full size refrigerator and stove to cook my meals. and most of all its pet friendly because my kids travel with me, this is my home away from home.
Free parking-size of room-easy access to everything?!
No gas stations close by-the beds are a little close to the wall making it difficult to get between the wall and cooling units
The reclining chair. The access road. The free laundry. The free coffee. The cantina.
The room was dirty: toenails were everywhere, the dishes smelled horrible, the hard floor was sticky, garbage littered the floor.
The customer service: they refused to give me my invoice with a full price breakdown, which I need to get reimbursed by my company. It's a simple ask, but they refuse to disclose any payment information.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bugs all over, desk folks often not available and general cleanliness was awful.
