Excellent stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of most major city attractions. Although the city itself is not particularly walkable, the hotel’s location makes exploring much easier and saves time on transportation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one major issue during our stay was the bathroom design. The toilet had an open slit at the top, which made it uncomfortable and lacked privacy. It felt poorly designed and not very practical.

Additionally, there was no bidet provided, which was inconvenient and below the standard we expected.

Overall, everything was excellent. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

Receptionist and the one who answer the phone during my stay were very good in communication, support and cooperation. Breakfast excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Location not so bad although I didn't really affect me as I've been pick up everyday for work.

Cons:

Almost everything was good, if I pick one that need improvement would be - some of the stuff in the breakfast area.

Great Service
Pros:

Our visit to Food ConneXion was outstanding. The buffet variety was impressive, but the highlight of our night was the service provided by Hung. He has a great eye for detail—refilling our drinks before we even asked and clearing plates promptly with a friendly smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Hung is a true asset to the restaurant team. We will definitely be back.

Platinum recognition, stellar lounge & service — minor hiccups
Pros:

Stayed at Pullman Saigon Centre and left very happy overall. As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I received a corner-room upgrade with a bathtub and great city view, plus access to the Executive Lounge (which includes lunch and cocktail dinner). Being able to settle work over lunch/dinner in the lounge with that view was a real highlight.

Service was excellent across the board. Breakfast was strong with lots of choice, and the crew were remarkably attentive—they addressed me by name and proactively checked what I needed, which felt outstanding.

Two small notes:
1. I didn’t receive the in-room benefits letter outlining Platinum perks (reception mentioned there should be one). It would help to have a printed list, as benefits differ by property.
2. The main gym is under renovation and a temporary gym was set up in a kids’ playroom. It’s a good stopgap, but as a frequent gym user I can’t fairly review the usual facilities.

Location is convenient for exploring HCMC, staff are warm and professional, and the Executive Lounge benefits make this a great choice. With the benefits letter provided and the gym back online, it’s close to perfect. I’ll gladly return.
