客房的布局让人匪夷所思，运用了巨大的柱子，还有半个墙来隔离洗漱区和床，还假装用窗帘拉下到底隔离，没屁用，因为我过去床的路上不知道被墙弄痛几次。

Die Preise im Pullman Saigon sind für das, was geboten wird, deutlich zu hoch.
Ich habe ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten für eine erwachsene Person und ein Kind gebucht. Beim Check-in wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Kinder unter 12 Jahren kostenlos übernachten. Trotzdem musste ich zusätzlich 300 € bezahlen.
Diese Situation finde ich nicht in Ordnung, da die Preisgestaltung und die Richtlinien weder transparent noch fair angewendet wurden.

Room cleaning staff were not good, small things, like forgetting towels, not filling shampoo conditioner,
The steam room was really nice. The swimming pool was really a big plus as well as the gym.
I had a bottles of water the hotel provided in the gym and it wasn't cleaned. It smelt bad.
As well as on my checkout, I had a quiet heavy luggage and I asked the reception to send someone to help. Nobody came so I needed to do it myself, it would be alright if it was a 4 stars hotel but with a hotel with Pullman standard, it left me quite disappointed.
