Hotel’s location was quiet and not too crowded which made for a relaxing stay.
Kudos to the breakfast team taking care of us — Quyen, An, Vy, Tai, and Minh Anh were all fantastic.
Only “complaint” I have is that the breakfast was so good, I stopped going out to eat elsewhere during the trip. Lol this kind of ruined my plans to try other local spots! 😂

Great location beautiful views . Our room ended in 09 and believe rooms ending in 10 also have magnificent views of Saigon. There’s a huge pillar in one corner but I suppose the building had to have a support. Big , clean bathroom with bathtub that has the views. More modern hotel but still the breakfast tells where you are. Wonderful selection of western and Vietnamese dishes. Coffee made to order promptly.
Had lunch on the ground floor and their Banh Mi as well as wagyu beef hamburger are worth trying.
Mad Cow restaurant has wonderful menu and amazing views as well as their sky bar.
Great room excellent location
Rude doorman was kind when I took a taxi but treated me with less than satisfactory attitude when my wife (a Vietnamese local) rented a motorbike so I could experience real Vietnam travel he left me soaking in the rain refusing to answer my questions on where to park my wife is Vietnamese so there was no language barrier
Amazing experience with an extraordinary staff. All people are very helpful and extremely dedicated to make your experience worth your stay. Beying at breakfast where Mr Kha and Mrs Vy are making a breakfast to a Michelin star experience or the check in staff with three individual Mrs Vy. Every member of the staff is dedicated, attentive and extremely friendly.
The hotel standard, quality and comfort is of the highest level possible. Location can be recommended as there are coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance.

At the travel desk HUY helped me to explore the city properly
The breakfast had a good spread and Quyen at the restaurant went the extra mile to get us coffee in a takeaway cup when requested to do so. Used dishes were constantly cleared and the food was sufficiently rotated lm different days.
Kudos to Vy, Hoan, Huyen, Hung for giving us a pleasant experience during our stay!
Staff was very helpful. I was unfortunately sick during my stay and Khanh was very kind and helping us to find the nearest clinic that can speak English.

Great food and service at breakfast
Very good service at lobby area especially door man, Lam who takes care me with friendly and polite behaviors. Appreciated all hotel staff for this trip at Pullman.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. It has amazing facilities, including a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool, a club lounge, and just about everything you could ask for.

The staff, Ms. Ha and Ms. Xuan, were very enthusiastic, guiding customers through each food counter, cleaning up seafood shells, and changing plates constantly. And Ms. Dai was very helpful in taking photos for our group. I am very satisfied with the service here. The food was delicious and suited my taste perfectly.
