Fantastic Hotel in great location
Pros:

Super Hotel! Fantastic location for the centre of town, lots of bars and resturants, and a really cool artesan market with all sorts on offer. Front desk staff were really helpful, even bringing me some cardboard to pack a couple of pictures Ibought at the market. Breakfast was great, rooms clean and comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely on the list to return.

Excellent location and nice/modern hotel.
Pros:

Good location and pleasant hotel , with fair prices. I’d definitely consider staying here again when in Santiago. The rooftop plunge pool was quite nice and boasted decent central city views. I felt safe here , room was clean and shower worked well. The breakfast was very impressive - delicious. Only downside to be aware of is the extra charge if you don’t have a credit card. They add a sum to your bill .

Fantastic location, great staff and a bed of dreams
Pros:

Location was great as well as the staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

Cons:

Light didn’t work in the bathroom and only one cup and one coffee capsule was in the room - there were 2 of us

Great choice
Pros:

We spent two nights at this hotel and we loved almost everything about it. We located with minutes walk from top restaurants and the city attractions, clean room, nice breakfast and above all, amazing staff. The only it didn’t receive 5 stars was the noisy aircon. We recommend this hotel and will visit it again.

Pros:

The staff was kind and helped me collect my belongings from the hotel next door, look for my lost credit card. They were informative and made me feel comfortable and welcome after the upheaval I went through in another hotel.
They took care of me with a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast. The facilities were of a very high standard.
These were my last two days in Chile after a long trip and it was a pleasure to end them there.
The room was huge and pleasent.

Cons:

It will be nice to have a kettle instead of the coffee machine.

Pros:

The location off the hotel is great, we could use the room earlier than check in. The service was good and the stuff really friendly. We got breakfast to go due to early check out.

Great place to stay in Santiago
Pros:

This is in a lovely location, with great access to dining and other attractions. It’s nice to have a green space right outside the front door. The staff were exceptional.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, good variety of food on offer, however, we had an early start one morning and the packed breakfast provided was disappointing.

Rooms were pleasant and clean.

Cons:

We had booked a room with two single beds which had been confirmed by the hotel, however, on arrival the room had one double bed and we were told a twin bedded room wasn't available. The hotel staff were unhelpful in finding a solution and we were told the manager wasn't available to help resolve the situation. After much "discussion" it was agreed to give us separate rooms but an unauthorised charge was put on my credit card account for the second room followed by a further charge for which no explanation could be given. It was eventually cleared but the situation was time-consuming and stressful.

Location next to the park was good. However though the hotel seems new from the outside, the room was quite worn (wood decor and bathroom). But was good for one night-room was clean, stuff nice, helpful and spoke English very good.

Great Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Ismael as part of an Intrepid tour, and as a base for a first timer in the city, it was excellent.
The location is great for the centre, the service was first rate, with the friendly attentive staff being utterly superb.
