Highly recommended
Pros:

The manager was excellent. He spoke good English and was very helpful, especially getting my local sim card to work.

Cons:

Good location hotel, clean, tidy, staff friendly and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was good, however cold milk was not available. Our room air conditioner was faulty and despite requests it was not repaired. It was impossible to control the temperature.

Decent hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Gorgeous view of the park.

Cons:

The wash basin had almost no pressure making it almost unusable. Interestingly, shower pressure was great, although the shower head was riddled with limescale.

Short stay in Santiago
Pros:

Great location, room was a bit worn but bed was comfortable and everything worked well. Nice rooftop deck and small pool. Room had sliding door to outside which was lovely in the mornings Staff were very helpful

Great staff, great location
Pros:

Very nice location, across from a park and in close proximity to local points of interest. The room was well appointed with a refrigerator, comfortable bed, hot shower and a complimentary bottle of wine. We arrived early (like 8:00am) and our room was not ready but Diego 1 (there were two Diegos, so the other was Diego 2 - at their request) asked if we wanted to have breakfast, which was a buffet. It was well stocked with eggs, bacon/ sausage and a variety of fruits, pastries, breads, meats and cheese. We learned that we could order custom eggs, but we were happy with what was available - they also had a panini machine which we used once and were quite pleased. The staff was helpful and most spoke enough English for us to get by. Diego 1 deserves special note, as he helped us with a city tour and frequently checked on the needs of guests in the common areas. Another positive part about the location was its proximity to Barrio Lastarria, an artsy area with a lot of street vendors and restaurants. We found many delightful restaurants within walking distance. The roof pool was a nice feature but was small with limited seating. All in all it was a great hotel, nice and friendly staff and good value for money.

Gute Wahl in bester Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage ggü. vom Park, sehr freundlicher Empfang und das Zimmer war durchaus komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Rooftop Pool und das Frühstücksbuffet könnten ein wenig mehr Liebe vertragen.

Pros:

Good location and good breakfast.

Cons:

I think the water bottle was refilled from the tap. I can in late so didn’t really notice it but later I felt it tasted odd. Then I got sick and spent hours on the toilet.

The rooms were also very average. Air con didn’t work, lights flickered, bed lumpy. I changed rooms but still not good.

Shower was nice but leaked water.

A lovely boutique hotel in a brilliant location.
Pros:

Great location. Breakfast was fantastic. We had a lovely king size bed with an amazing view of the funicular up Santa Lucia Hill.

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t cold and the help yourself coffee downstairs was often cold and we always had to ask for milk.
