Nossa estadia no Hotel Ismael, em Santiago, foi excelente! Gostaríamos de agradecer a toda a equipe pela atenção, cordialidade e cuidado durante nossa permanência, em especial ao Diego, sempre muito atencioso, e ao chef José Paulo Aguilera, que nos proporcionou um café da manhã delicioso e de excelente qualidade.

Toda a equipe do hotel foi extremamente acolhedora e atenciosa. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. A localização era tranquila e privilegiada, perto de tudo, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos interessantes da cidade.

Os quartos tinham uma vista muito bonita. Embora fossem compactos, eram confortáveis, bem cuidados e aconchegantes.

Com certeza voltaremos muitas outras vezes! Recomendamos o Hotel Ismael para quem busca uma estadia agradável, acolhedora e bem localizada em Santiago.

Cons:

Como únicos pontos a melhorar, mencionaria o aquecimento do quarto, cuja temperatura era padronizada e não podia ser ajustada diretamente, sendo necessário solicitar qualquer alteração à recepção. O Wi-Fi do hotel era muito bom nas áreas comuns, mas o sinal não funcionava tão bem nos quartos. Fora isso, nossa experiência foi excelente e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia.

Adorei a nossa viagem , principalmente a acomodação no Hotel Lastarria, a equipe sempre solicita e muito atenciosa. O café da manhã estava ótimo, feito com capricho e o nosso quarto sempre limpo. O referido Hotel tem uma ótima localização. Amamos e com certeza voltaremos.

La struttura è molto bella, anche la camera. Ma non sarò qui a dire le cose positive

Acquisto 2 notte qui su portale di booking ad una cifra precisa, stabilta, fissa, mi sembra essere questa la politica di booking. Arrivo in hotel e l'unico modo per pagare è con carta di credito, resto sbalordita poichè non è SCRITTO da nessuna parte nelle info della struttura, tantomeno non ho ricevuto nessuno messaggio dalla struttura che mi avvisasse della problematica, poichè è una problematica. Non tutti dispongono di una carta di credito, nel mio caso venivo da 30giorni in sud America e mi era stata clonata, quindi era bloccata. Avevo 2 carte di debito e l unico modo per pagare era con il 19% in più. Il ragazzo alla reception, che è stato gentile, mi ha propinato mille scuse che in Cile cosi funziona e cose simili. Ovunque ho pagato con le prepagate senza nessun supplemento aggiuntivo, sono stata in un altro hotel a Santiago e nessun problema di questo genere, a San Pedro de Atacama ad Arica, solo all Hotel Ismael!!!
Morale ho pagato 40 dollari in più alla mia prenotazione CONFERMATO SU BOOKING di due notti. Segnalo questa cosa poichè con 40 dollari in più avrei prenotato altrove in un hotel di classe superiore senza farmi prendere in giro poichè l hotel non dispone di un POS adeguato ai pagamenti d carte di debito. Concludo che ho ho usufruito del servizio in camera e anche su quello ho pagato il 19% in più, in maniera ridicola la persona alla reception non me l ha fatto nemmeno presente, mi ha fatto pagare senza dire nulla. Non tornerò mai piu e segnalo il caso a booking.

Ottima struttura in prossimità di Lastarria
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da Barrio Lastarria e affaccia sul bellissimo Parque Forestal in una zona tranquilla e sicura della città. La struttura è contemporanea, arredata con gusto e personalità e ha un paio di zone relax e una zona ristorante dove viene servita un'ottima colazione. La camera è di buone dimensioni, arredata in modo funzionale e con attenzione ai dettagli, noi siamo stati ad agosto e abbiamo acceso la pompa di calore che in pochi minuti ha riscaldato l'ambiente. E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Pros:

The location was good, the staff were helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good quality.

Cons:

The in room airconditioning was not able to be adjusted - it was linked to the whole hotel and could not be changed. The public areas were much cooler than the rooms. Despite having a high floor, the street noise was very evident, almost no noise suppression. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. The bed was way too soft for our liking, and the pillows were very flat.

The room size was adequate, but with more than one piece of luggage, it was a squeeze.

Overall, not great value for the price paid compared to others I have stayed in in the city.

Cons:

L'hôtel donne sur 2 rues (façade avant et façade arrière) : les chambres restent donc très bruyantes malgré la fenêtre fermée. Cela gêne considérablement la qualité du sommeil. C'est dommage
