A quiet and comfortable hotel overlooking a park. Staff are very helpful. Overall recommend.
Pros:

Central location near all the great eateries.
The most comfortable bed and lovely hot showers. A delicious omelette for breakfast and good coffee.

Cons:

A little tired. Had to change rooms as the aircon fan needed maintenance. Door to balcony needed fixing.

Lo mejor fue la atención, de primer nivel. Todos muy amables. El hotel es hermoso y el desayuno exquisito.

Great Central Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Great boutique style hotel with a very nice staff plus room was excellent and clean. The location was very central to everything including a multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Great choice for a short stay to enjoy Santiago

Perfect location and clean quiet hotel.
Pros:

Hotel Ismael is a lovely hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the historical city, St Lucia, the restaurant area, San Cristobal . With a park across the road, it is very quiet.
Staff were excellent and very helpful.
