Muy bien atendidos.

No pudimos alojar en este hotel. Lo vimos
Muy bonito. Lleno de extranjeros. Ubicado en una linda zona frente al parque y zona turística barrio lastarria. Con restoranes y bares. Nos trasladaron al hotel San Francisco de los mismo dueños. Costado iglesia San Francisco. Muy lindo. Precioso. Nos trataron como reyes . Entrada, lobby y restorán una preciosura. La pieza enorme y cómoda y muy bonita. El desayuno buenisimo. Abundante y exquisito. Fue un gran finde semana. Agradecido. Santiago o que quiso hacer turismo en su ciudad.

A well-located hotel with kind and friendly staff in Bella Vista area.
Pros:

Good location, very friendly staff and a lovely sitting area upon entry. We had to leave early for a morning flight and the hotel kindly provided us with a packed breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is looking a bit tired with scuffed surfaces. Unfortunately there was no water for the first several hours of our stay, and though the hotel did deliver a 5L bottle of water for use, that was not very workable when we have been travelling 20hrs and needed a refresh. Our room was adjacent to an area with construction work progressing so it was noisy during the afternoon and early evening after check-in.

Really nice stuff clean beautiful. The people for breakfast , was amazing , specially when the ask the way I want my eggs they are very nice

Cons:

Maybe , next time you have to put a note for me in my bedroom like other people do in the next hotel , I was like Altiplanico in Cajon del Maipo , I Happ birthday note , I tell the people before I was in Santiago de Chile to celebrate my birthday

Great place conveniently and safely located
Pros:

A warm welcome from reception staff at this hotel on the perimeter of arty, cosmopolitan Lastarria.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good room with decent sized double bed. Mini fridge. Breakfast was particularly good - buffet style - with quality ingredients - the friendly chef will cook omelette, eggs or crepe fresh to order. We didnt realise there was a rooftop area with a small pool when we booked but weather was a bit wet to spend time there.

This hotel was our favourite for the whole trip . Wonderful warm and welcoming reception staff.
Pros:

A delightful high quality breakfast. Not as extensive as some of the hotels but we thought that it was higher quality with less food waste. Ricardo went out of his way to help us during our stay demonstrating very good hospitality skills. As did Matthias and Jorge .
The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. We enjoyed the provision of tea and coffee in the lobby and it has a superb roof top garden. I plan to return to stay there and woukd feel very safe there on my own.
