We’re an English family staying here for dental work in the area. The hotel is ‘OK’. Centrally located but it’s a very big city. The breakfast is definitely continental, I can’t comment on other meals but we did have room service for an evening meal and it was ‘OK’. The roof top pool and bar is the best thing about the hotel. But drinks are very expensive up there. Defintely a mid range hotel. Some staff speak broken English but not many. Shops, cafes and bars within walking distance and the sea is 15 mins walk but no beaches in walking distance.

It was a nice hotel, could use some upgrades but the stay way good overall.

My friend and I stayed two weeks at Hotel Valley Hotel. It was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. They didn’t speak much English but it didn’t matter a smile goes a long way and we made an effort to learn a bit of Turkish. It was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was sufficient and made a nice change to what we used to Emre and the reception Staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was good and handy for local shops and Cafes and we would thoroughly recommend it.

1. Staff doesn't speak English. NO ONE! So communication was very difficult.
2. The hotel connects to the volleyball sport center, so in all rooms towards this center can you hear noise and loud music almost every night.
3. Cleaning and maintenance are another big issues her. See pictures.

It was a good experience!

Shower leaked, half a roll of toilet paper in room on arrival and asked for more they brought one roll, had to ask for bath towels, room not cleaned for four days during a five day stay (though they cleaned when I asked), pool advertised on property website but told on arrival it didn’t open until later in June even though it was already 33 degrees C outside, management and employees seem content to do as little as possible service-wise to stay in business.

We booked a queen-size bedroom. The only asset I can retain is that we have a living room in addition to the bedroom, leaving us with a good amount of space.

However, the room was not well-kept. The lights did not work properly, the only chair in the room was broken and reeked. The small couch had a huge white stain on it.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer which worsend overtime.

There was no cleaning or changing the towels during the five nights we stayed there.

Another huge drawback was that barely any staff members spoke English. And the one who did didn't understand our request for a second blanket, as they provided us with a small double blanket which did not suffice.

After experiencing the meager breakfast buffet, we asked to get a refund of the breakfast upgrade for the remaining nights. They did not refund us the money.

Overall, this place is mouch more run-down than the pictures would suggest. As the living costs in Turkey are fare lower than in Europe, this hotel's rate is overpriced for the poor accomodation you get.

Everything was almost good comparing to the price, but the noises were easily transferring from out of the room and other rooms

Staff aren’t friendly at all nor welcoming

Goede prijs voor 4 persoonskamer. Hygiëne bedden en ruimte waren prima. Voor het hotel voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor een prikkie. 15 min lopen naar een zeer gezellig straatje met cafeetjes en restaurants. Alleen het ontbijt was niet best. Erg jammer terwijl dit niet had gehoeven. Alles was steenkoud en broodjes uitgedroogd.
