Adoro esta rede. A localização é ótima, perto de muitos pontos turísticos, ótimo pequeno almoço e a equipa muito simpática . Já fiquei no Rome Life e agora no Rome Times. Tudo perfeito e tranquilo.

Sobre todo la ubicación, ya que estaba cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos de Roma. Aunque la habitación estaba en el mismo centro, al cerrar las ventanas estaba todo perfectamente insonorizado
Nosotros somos una familia de 4 personas, seleccionamos la habitación familiar y era simplemente una habitación normal donde habían acomodado dos camas supletorias de mala calidad para el precio que era, si que es cierto que tuvimos que solicitar un colchón extra ya que eran muy finos igual que un lenguado. En cuanto a privacidad el baño da de cara a la habitación no cuenta con puertas, y la mampara de ducha es completamente transparente al igual que los dispensadores de gel tuvimos que llamar que los cambiaran ya que estaban más duros que un ladrillo y no salía el gel. Sobre el desayuno no podemos opinar ya que optamos por desayunar en los alrededores lo cual fue todo un acierto, muchas opciones de desayuno, comida y cena con una relación calidad precio excelente. No obstante el personal es muy amable y paciente
The hotel is located in Monti which is a good area.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. The phone for the reception was disconnected so we had to go back and forth to the next building were the reception is, for every request (toilet paper, towels…).
The room was set for 2 people all though we were 4 people.
Apparently the hotel management decided to compensate us with breakfast but the hotel receptionist didn’t bother to tell us that.
There are no hangers at all in the room besides one hanger in the toilet, so there was no where to hang our staff and other towels.
Well located for visiting the major sites being only 10min walk from both the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain

Very good and central location, with easy access to many attractions and important areas of Rome.

The air conditioning cooled the room properly.
Cleanliness was acceptable and above average overall.
The room we received was not exactly the same as the one shown in the booking photos. It was similar, but different from what we expected.
The bathroom had no proper door, only a thin folding divider that was partially transparent, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate in terms of privacy.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night.
The street outside was very noisy in the evening and early morning, making it difficult to keep the windows open.
We also experienced repeated issues with the payment/pre-authorisation process and card handling, which caused unnecessary stress before our arrival.
Sehr gute Lage um Rom fussläufig zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Drinks und Snacks in der Bar ebenso.
Das Personal ist manchmal etwas zu sehr mit sich beschäftigt.

Hotel was very well located - just 15 minute walk from key sites (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Breakfast was excellent and 'barista' coffees were very good. Rooms were large and in good condition. The 'linked' restaurant 'Clementino' was superb - lovely food and heartily recommended. Only two minor hiccups (i) taxi to airport should have been a minivan (4 adults and a lot of luggage post cruise) but a saloon car arrived and we had to take two separate taxis at additional cost (ii) a tour booked through the hotel for the catacombs and cappuchin ended up just being the catacombs - possibly lost in translation or amended time, but the tour we had was very good. Would visit again without hesitation or any others in the chain.
Location
Room size was too small. Didn’t restock the mini bar or even provide free water. Shower was very narrow.
