The staff were very unhelpful in resolving WiFi.
The room outlook was very undesirable, straight onto a fire stair and the back of the building.
Complimentary drinking water was not provided for our second night of a two-night stay even though the staff advised not to drink the tap water.

Terrible rude front desk staff at hotel no amenities like shampoo hair dryer and facial tissues provided
Pros:

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent overnight stay at Rome times hotel from May 5 -May 6. Plus my friend room from May 5-7 . Total of 3 executive room .

This morning of our departure, on May 6. 5am, we encountered multiple issues in our room that significantly affected our experience. First, there was no hair dryer available. When I requested one from the man from front desk at around 5:00 AM, I was initially told it might be broken and unavailable. We nicely asked maybe he can get from other rooms . Only after insisting—given our early flight—and us needing to check out early was one eventually provided.

Shortly after, we discovered that the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty. When I called the front desk again, instead of assistance, I was questioned as to why we had not checked the shampoo bottle the night before. As we had arrived very late, this was not practical. I was then told to come down personally in pajamas to collect the item, which was highly inconvenient, especially given our time constraints. The staff member’s response that this was “not his fault or problem” came across as rude dismissive and unprofessional. So since we need the shampoo we have no choice to go down to pick up the shampoo. He said repeatedly not his problem . So I ask who should I call . Very rude front desk staff .

Additionally, the facial tissue box in the room contained only two remaining sheets, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping checks.

Experiencing three basic service failures in one morning, combined with the rude and unhelpful attitude of the front desk staff, significantly spoiled our stay.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Falls wir wieder nach Rom kommen, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel wähle

Das Buffet war sehr gut.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Cons:

Eine Handtuchstange und ein Tablar im Bad wären gut.

Location in pieno rione Monti, 15’ a piedi da Termini e 10’ da Colosseo; design ambienti comuni e ristorante; buona scelta a colazione; ampiezza camera e comoditá letto; gentilezza di tutto il personale

Piccoli appunti: nessuna seduta utile per appoggiare gli abiti (abbiamo usato l’unica panca e quindi borse a terra); vista dalla camera su scala interna di servizio e qualche odore di cucina da fuori; nessun gancio utile per gli asciugamani, davvero poco pratico

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding doch enkele verbeterpunten naar comfort en beleving vr de gasten.
Pros:

Het personeel aan het onthaal en het bedieningspersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker met zeer lekkere koffie's geserveerd bij het ontbijt gemaakt door een barista en dit zonder meerprijs. Het hotel is zeer netjes en verzorgd en bevindt zich op een goede locatie op wandelafstand van het Collosseum en andere bezienswaardigheden zoals het Trevi fontein. Een verzamelpunt voor erkende taxi's bevindt zich tevens op +/-150 m.
Buiten de geluiden van de renovatiewerken op het eerste verdiep die s'morgens om 06u45 begonnen en het onnodige lawaai door het onderhoudspersoneel s'avonds hebben wij niets negatiefs aan te merken op dit hotel en hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf en ons bezoek aan Rome.
Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer op het 2de verdiep terwijl het eerste verdiep volledig was afgesloten voor renovatie. De werkmannen begonnen s'morgens omstreeks 06u45 met het nodige lawaai waardoor verdere rust en slapen uitgesloten was.
Wij werden tevens s'avonds omstreeks 22u30/23u00 opgeschrikt door het onderhoudspersoneel die met het (on)nodige lawaai beddengoed en andere materialen aan het aanvullen waren in hun opslagplaats op onze gang. Hiermee kan althans met de nodige voorzichtigheid omgegaan worden zodat de gasten hier geen of weinig hinder van ondervinden. In tegenstelling werd volgens mij gegooid met deze zware materialen waardoor er een onnodige zeer storende geluidsoverlast werd gecreëerd. Ik heb er alle begrip voor dat er ook s'avonds en s'morgens door personeel en werkmannen moet worden doorgewerkt, doch er kan mijn inziens meer rekening worden gehouden met de (betalende) gasten.

Excellent hotel in a perfect setting
Pros:

Perfect setting for a visit to the amazing city of Rome. The hotel is very central to all the famous sites.
The restaurant breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed delicious dinners there too.
The staff especially Edwardo were so friendly helpful and courteous. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
