J’ai réservé et payé pour une suite avec 1 lit double et 2 sofa bed, nous n’avons eu qu’un lit double sous prétexte que nous n’étions que deux. Mais nous ne dormons pas ensemble avec mon ami et avons payé pour un lit supplémentaire. Le personnel n’a rien voulu savoir et nous a répondu très agressivement.
De plus, la porte en verre de la sdb était cassée, un simple paravent avait été mis à la place. Vraiment pour le prix, le service était déplorable

Para ser un hotel tan caro, las instalaciones me parecieron muy justas. Sin hall amplio, solo un ascensor. Una tarjeta. Lo peor una habitación triple enana, que ni siquiera era la que había reservado.

There was a terrible smell in the room from bathroom. The staff was told, but could do nothing to fix.
Only after several complaints were we given a different room the next day.

Overall everything was great. Good breakfast.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great central location, which was very convenient for exploring Rome. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. There’s also an elevator and a terrace, which are nice touches.

Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the darker décor, although my husband found it elegant. One thing to note is that access to the spa costs an additional $30 per person, which wasn’t clearly disclosed during booking. For me, that was a downside, but if that’s not important to you, the property itself is still a solid choice thanks to its location.

Cons:

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. They also recommended a wonderful place for dinner, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

La posizione è abbastanza centrale, indicativamente a 15-20 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni e dalla stazione Termini. Abbiamo dovuto usare la metro solo per andare al Vaticano e al quartiere Eur.. ma per il resto si può girare liberamente a piedi.
La stanza era abbastanza grande (2 adulti e 2 bambini).
Sicuramente la cosa migliore del soggiorno è stata la colazione, vasta scelta e ampia disponili tà e staff pronto e cordiale a soddisfare eventuali richieste e necessità.

Cons:

All’arrivo un pò di sfortune tra l’ascensore che non funzionava (ed eravamo in 4 con passeggino e valigie con stanza al quinto piano) e poi la tessera che non era stata correttamente attivata e quindi non si riusciva ad entrare in camera. Le camere sono state oggetto di una recente ristrutturazione però hanno decisamente dimenticato di prendere in considerazione l’illuminazione…. Non c’è un punto luce centrale della stanza, ma solo le luci sopra il letto matrimoniale (che comunque non illuminano chissà che), l’ingresso con l’armadio e la zona con il frigobar bollitore e macchinetta del caffè totalmente al buio, non è possibile dover usare la torcia del telefono in un hotel a 4 stelle! Poi per ovviare alla mancanza di una finestra in bagno é stata messa la porta a vetri e un vetro che dà sulla stanza… peccato che chi di notte va in bagno sveglia tutti illuminando a giorno la stanza 🫣
Il secondo giorno, rientrati alle 15 per il riposo dei bambini abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulita e non riordinata, e la signora delle pulizie incrociata in corridoio in modo molto scortese ci ha detto che siamo noi a dover indicare di volere la camera riordinata (cosa smentita poi in reception)…. Altra cosa fuori dal normale per un hotel a 4 stelle.
Infine esperienza pessima al ristorante, piatti che possono essere serviti solo a un turista che non ha idea di cosa sia un vero piatto di pasta. Peccato
