Zara Tower Hotel

We’ve stayed here quite a few times. Brilliant location, super friendly staff.
Sky rooms every time. lovely clean and comfy rooms - beds are huge and the showers are unreal especially after a long haul flight!

Great location and short walk to city. We took a two bedroom apartment. Well maintained rooms. There is a construction going on nearby but we were hardly affected by any noise. Room serviced everyday. Very friendly front desk. Will come back to Zara in my next visit.

Zara Towers was in a fantastic location, very close walk to China Town, World Square and Darling Harbour. It was a very spacious and quiet and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with lovely views. We were provided with many thoughtful amenities including a full tub of washing powder, T2 teas and coffee pods which was very thoughtful. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and were able to accommodate our request for early check in which was very appreciated. Thank you for the fantastic experience, We would highly recommend Zara Tower.

I enjoyed our stay at Zara Tower Hotel. The front desk was helpful and the room was clean and reasonably well appointed. It is in an enjoyable neighborhood which provides access to much of Sydney. When I had a problem with the television the hotel staff promptly fixed the remote. All in all, a good value for the price.

Then staff and management were amazing! After a very harrowing day with airport delays and illness we were very lucky to be transferred to the penthouse after a misunderstanding regarding our room. This is the second time I have stayed at the ZARA tower and it is the only place I would go to in Sydney. You are close enough to the CBD but not right in the middle of the chaos. Highly recommended.

Our apartment was clean and very spacious. Its kitchen was fully equipped with a gas stovetop , electric kettle , toaster , electric rice cooker , dishwasher etc. There were sufficient numbers of cupboards and shelves to systematically store our belongings. The hotel has an agreement with a third party for laundry of customers’ clothes at a reasonable rate. The staff at the reception is very responsive and helpful. It is centrally located with several restaurants and supermarkets within 10 -12 minutes walk. The nearest bus stops and the metro station are within half a kilometre.

3 nights at Zara. 2 br apartment, family had to cancel trip, so solo. It was very quiet, comfy befs, very clean, everything i needed including Nespresso machine.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Zara Towers in room 703, a spacious and immaculately clean, two bedroomed apartment. The kind staff provided exceptional service and were knowledgeable about the area. The kitchen was well stocked and complementary tea and coffees were available.
The hotel is on the edge of Surry Hills with easy access to the CBD, areas of interest and transport links. There are good restaurants within walking distance ( Chin Chin, Nel, Pellegrino 2000) and a great café, Basket Brothers on the corner which offered discount to hotel guests. Although we didn't use it there is a gym. We highly recommend this hotel as there is so much more to Sydney than the Rocks and Circular Quay and this was a excellent base form which to explore.

The staff were so helpful, even giving us an early check in as our room was ready when we arrived from the airport at 11.00am. We had booked for 5 people in a 2BR apartment with a trundle and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 3 BR. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The standard of accomodation is high as is the quality of the furnishings. Would definitely stay again.

The facility is nice and modern.
Our room was quite clean.
Our balcony (Veranda) was larger then expected.
Location is almost optimal, the Central train station is a quick walk away, airport less than 30 minutes by cab. Light rail stop closer than Central train station. Close to Chinatown and it's associated markets and eateries.

Issues:
The in room tablet (used for operating shear curtains and precise room controls) did not work at 1st.. turns out it has a wireless charger tat is quite sensitive to being put on the charger correctly.. The hotel manager / concierge personally took care of it.

Other items:

laundry service is available for a very reasonable charge. ($AU 15) for the cloth pillow case sized bag.

Zara partners w/ local businesses to offer discounts to hotel patrons.

Most importantly: We have traveled all over the world, staying in hotels and suites: The personalized customer service and friendliness of the staff was the best we have experienced. Specifically Saul and Catalina did everything to make us fell not only valued but like an a family member that they were taking care of.

Generally, the experience was very good. The first two nights of a seven night stay was right next to a construction site, I could have leant out the window and touched the scaffolding. It was the weekend so no noise. We raised this with reception and on Sunday they gave us an upgraded room away from the construction. Well done but they should have told us when we booked. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It is a good location with access the city, trains and restaurants.

We had an enjoyable stay in a 3-bedroom apartment at Zara Tower.
I liked that we could choose the bed configuration (ie. we opted for 6 singles instead of doubles). They also had a pillow menu which was fancy!
Check in and check out were hassle free. Apartment was clean.
Location was great for us - we mainly used Uber to get places or walked depending on our timeline. There are a lot of little cafes and dining choices close-by.

I loved my stay. Was in walking distance or only a train ride away. Bed was very comfortable and the towels were perfect size and soft. I loved the extra touch of providing a box of washing powder. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and had plenty of room. Was also very tidy and clean 10/10 for me. I will stay again.

The front desk staff guys - Deep and Himanshu were very helpful, with useful tips for restaurants, Travel hacks etc.

Spent a LOT of time researching places to stay in Sydney, specifically with a bath. I came across Zara Tower, never heard of them before, and I was SO pleasantly surprised! The photos are exactly as the room is represented, the room is spacious with excellent amenities and the front desk staff could not be more accomodating. The bath was the best bit. So deep and roomy. We took our own bubbles, bath bomb and bath salts knowing we had this bath. I also took my own pillow (because I am weird like that) but they have this awesome pillow menu! I would definitely recommend Zara Tower and it is now on our list to stay there more often.

Super convenient location close enough to walk to restaurants and public transportation! The staff is super friendly and helpful, we were warmly welcomed by Saul who introduced us to Sydney and made an effort to check us in early as he saw how tired we were after a long flight. Our family of 3 stayed in felt like a cozy apartment with a full kitchen. Above all my wife lost an earring very dear to her and at checkout we let Angela know we showed her a picture and Zara found it!! Amazing!!! Thank you, we will be back!

Fantastic location and amenities - shame about the construction next door but that is only temporary. Amazing and helpful staff
