The location is great, staff friendly and the coffee is wonderful!

Cons:

The lighting in the room . There is no main lights just dull lamps. It’s very dark and we had to use our phone torch to find items in our suitcases

Pros:

Rooms were great with nice bathroom with good hit water pressure. Bed was very comfy.

Had only 1 meal there which was good.

Cons:

Location. We stayed there for a sports tournament at blacktown international sports centre about 7km away. The area in general is semi industrial so you really need a car for everything

Cons:

Should have a proper fridge not just a chiller for the drinks. My medication was just cold enough. Not ideal for the amount of money that you pay and controlling the temperature of the shower was terrible.
