A limpeza do quarto era realmente satisfatória.

Cons:

O Hotel tem um aspecto de abandono por todas as partes. O quarto estava muito limpo, mas é perceptível que a conservação nao faz parte da preocupação. Portas quebradas e/ou descascando, o gesso do forro do banheiro parece que vai cair a qualquer momento.

O estado de manutenção dos apartamentos. No primeiro o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Fui relocado a um outro que tinha vazamento de água. A pintura e o piso estavas desgastados. O café da manhã era ruim.

Pros:

A localização era boa, foi fácil de achar (o mapa do uber chegou certinho) e também ficou próximo ao local do evento. O café da manhã era simples, mas tinha um pouco de tudo. O tamanho do quarto era satisfatório. Consegui fazer checkin e checkout com facilidade mesmo saindo de madrugada.

Cons:

A tomada do local é do padrão antigo, assim como toda a estutura do hotel é bem antiga. Falta manutenção básica na pintura e cuidados no apartamentos. A única coisa mais moderna é o elevador panorâmico que é bem legal.

Só salva a localização mas não acho que compensa .

Café da manhã que deveria começar às 6:00,não estava nem pronto as 6:30 qdo deixamos o hotel para não perder o nosso voo.
Prédio Velho precisando de reforma urgente

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar .
