Restful stay after long flight.
Pros:

Very convenient location with MRT station, restaurants, shopping and Ikea close by.
Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed.
Good buffet breakfast.
Hotel implement good waste-reduction practice which provide in room filtered tap water for drinking instead of plastic-bottled water.

Cons:

No face towels provided. Some of the towels were stained.

Pros:

Had a pleasant stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The hotel’s furniture and interior feel quite outdated. A refurbishment would really help refresh the space and bring a more modern, welcoming vibe to the property. Some areas could definitely use a new touch to improve the overall guest experience.

Pros:

spacious hotel.

Cons:

need to improve the facilities maintenance. very poor for a 5 star hotel. the parking system was terrible - did not charge as in-house guest, supposed RM4/day, i was charged RM8 and RM10. when asked, they only said the parking lot owner is different from hotel and have yet to refund parking fee.

Pros:

スタッフの対応がとてもよく、快適に過ごせました。
部屋が広くて快適でした。
また、朝食がかなりの種類が選べて、とても楽しく過ごせました。

Cons:

クーラーの風量ダイヤルが破損していて基本全開で風が出ました。また、照明が基本スタンドグラスしかないので、メインスイッチをOFFにしても電気が消えず、一つ一つの電源スイッチを消す必要がありました。

The housekeeping was not very professional, as they often forgot to prepare the amenities. Also, the in-room dinner took a very long time to arrive. In addition, the hair dryer had an unpleasant smell.

Stayed there to attend an event. Thus not much time to enjoy hotel facilities
