Don’t stay here.

Cons:

Old building with a lot of wear and tear, very bad Air Conditioning, noisy, not customer friendly policies. I stayed for few nights and found insufficient food in BF, most of times no refill. I requested laundry and they told me to get back I need to pay first, although they have pre authorization on my credit card! And they replied that is not subject to laundry, I need to go downstairs all the way to lobby for all the times I needed my laundry back.

No regerts.
Pros:

Room is clean and nice only problem is have stagnant smell.
For breakfast food is boleh boleh tahan only, but most of staff in the restuarant is friendly.
Location is depending where we want to go.

Cons:

Everything seem to be ok.

Location is convenient.

Cons:

This hotel needs to be refurbished badly. Towels were disgusting, room and corridor smell musty. The first room given to me was missing the whole closet door and the room smells really bad. This room shouldn't be offered to guests at all.

Tilam besar. Reseptionist agak terkejut bila 1 kereta tapi 3 bilik katil queen besar.

Cons:

Pilihan breakfast sikit. Saya book pay at hotel. Rm800+ tapi bila sampai hotel perlu bayar 900+. Booking.com harga lain. Di hotel harga lain
