The property's restaurant will be going through renovation work from 1 November 2023 until 31 December 2024. The renovation on restaurant area is expected to be extended until December 2024.
Please note that during this period the restaurant will be under renovation, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Renovation work is done approximately from 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM (hotel local time) daily.
The renovation of property restaurant is extended to 31 March 2025.
A deposit may be required at the property.

We enjoyed the lay out of the hotel with individual villa type rooms. The pool was great & rooms very comfortable.
It was quiet & back from the busy main road.

Lovely, small hotel in a very central location. Short walk to market, excellent restaurants, massages and shopping mall. Pool area is quiet and a great place to relax.
Ubicación excelente. Bonita entrada, piscina y muy agradable y silencioso para estar en plena calle central. Cómodo y personal muy amable. Destaco la atención de Ari antes de llegar y durante la estancia.
Un poco viejo y con algún desperfecto en los muebles de la habitación. El baño podría estar mejor de instalación, muebles y sanitarios. Les falta un poco de actualización pero como el resto es tan cómodo y bueno compensa.
La salle de bain nécessite une rénovation totale.

Bathroom shower and toilet dated and stained. They do clean it but doesnt look clean. Room a little dark not enough natural light for me.

The gardens were pleasant, the breakfast was good, the location is excellent. Shout out to the lovely Ubud barista who was a delight to chat to in the morning. The cafe staff were friendly and attentive.
Filthy tiles , jammed bathroom door ( had to scrape it along the tiles every time), loose toilet seat, grey dirty towels, dirty sideboard, very noisy,aircon, small worn fridge,stained curtains, sweat stains on the mattress protector, I was too afraid to look at the pillows. I note these have been mentioned in previous reviews and are aspects easily identified by the daily cleaning staff.
I think carefully before submitting negative reviews but these are all easy fixes which show pride in your business and respect to your customers. I have attached photos to verify these concerns.
Reception staff were perfunctory at best, I don’t expect a brass band but a little wave and hello on passing would be hospitable.

My bed a little hard for me
Great position and very reasonable priced . We did book 2 nights but never planned to stay fully the second night owing to our late flight home . Puri Sading hotel was great for this as it’s a reasonable priced hotel, in a great position to just enjoy your last day . Pool was the warmest we swam , we had a pool, view room at the front with only steps to walk into the pool . We didn’t notice it too much but if there were many children in pool could be noisy .
