The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend coming here!

Location is very strategic for a quick stop over, close to the airport and places to get Bali merchandise (Krishna, Joger). Restaurant served good quality of food. Internet speed was up and down from room. Room is nice and well design and AC is cold. The most annoying thing was bathroom sink and toilet have very slow purging. Staff nice and helpful.

This Hotel is centrally located close to the airport, we booked a transit room which was suitable for us. We checked in at 1pm and were required to check out by 1am the next morning (12hrs only) midnight ($260K), this was what we asked for as we were flying out that evening, very obliging staff and very helpful, we used their transport to transfer to the airport which cost $100k for two people, very reasonable. Would stay again if needing someone clean a safe. There rooftop pool is a bonus.

Good customer service. Plenty space. Spaces are a bit dirty though. Perfect location to airport.

I didn't like their towels and beddibgs. Very old, they look brown and torn out instead of white.
When I called for somebody to fix the aircon, no one came.

Having the transit option was ideal for us but probably wouldn’t stay otherwise. Was looking forward to a massage before our long flight but it wasn’t open 😢 even though it was meant to be.

Basic and good with nice staff. But best part is the food at Flavours. Loved it.

Very helpful and polite staff. Restaurant onsite is amazing. Close to the airport. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

One of the best hotel in Bali,it was nice and quiet,clean,if i had an oppurtunity to come to Bali again i would s surely be back to PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta Bali Indonsia.Very good service indeed,highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. It was good experience to stay in PrimeBiz hotel. The hotel is cleaned and affordable.

I’m only here for 1 night but it’s been great so far

The staff was very helpful from the moment we walked in the door. I was recently injured during our trip and they immediately offered me the use of a wheelchair during our stay. The premises were very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they add a ramp for handicapped guests to access the pool, it would've made the stay there much more enjoyable. Other than that I'm very pleased with our stay.

Ripped off. It says free shuttle to airport and no free ride.. hotel sucked, staff front desk manager on day shirt is a total jerk.. like 30 mins for the late to come on.. too noisy with all the noisy outside even at midnight.. no smooth supposed transit..the breakfast buffet was so late and So awful.. never again.. you get what you pay for..I've stayed over 360 hotels and this was bad.. manager on day should be fired.. horrible location btw

We booked this hotel as a quick overnight stay in transit to nusa lembongan. Booked 2 single beds. We arrived at the hotel at around 3am and they were expecting us. We were told that no 2 single beds available so changed to 1 queen bed. Room overall was neat and tidy. Service was good. Good enough hotel for quick transit trips.

Good: Lovely staff at reception, easy access to the airport with their transfer service, room was functional for a short few hours stay.
Not so good: lots of noise due to the combination of internal courtyard and noisy people yelling to each other from floor to floor.
Would stay again as a short transit hotel.

Clean, safe, comfortable hotel near the airport. I'd definitely recommende this for a short stay on your way in or out of Bali. The pool upstairs on the top floor is quite nice too, more than I expected for an airport motel. All of the staff members that i encountered on my one night were outstanding! Everyone was so helpful, from having the shuttle at the airport on time even though customs took an hour, to helping me get some papers hole punched and sharpening pencils for me for the course I came here to take. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly assistance!

Great service. Nice, clean hotel. Tasty breakfast. One downside, far away from the beach.

We got picked up from the airport, a short drive. It's longer to go out from the car park rather than the drive. The driver was friendly. Check in was ok, speed was ok. Understandable as its near midnight. We booked interconnecting room and got what we request. Clean room n nice setting. It's sufficient for us who is on transit. Sleep well no unnecessary noise. Bed was as we like it. If we didn't put an alarm we might sleep in.
Breakfast was good. The quality and quantity was excellent. Every time there's an empty stuff the staff will replenish ASAP. As quickly as we get the food an empty plate from our table will be remove. All the staff was friendly. A special commendation to Mr Bagus who I think lead by example. He approach us to ask how our breakfast n how we are.
Will definitely recommend this hotel. N certainly will back ourself

Great hotel close to the airport and a relatively short walk to kuta or $2in a taxi
