Hi Primebiz Kuta, it's me. Unbelievably, today marks my 36th day staying here. It wasn’t a vacation or a business trip, but more accurately, my comfort trip.
​Primebiz is not a fancy hotel, but it has one thing that not all hotels possess—even 5-star hotels. And that is manners. That’s why I always tell one of my favorite people at this hotel, Pak Agung: this is a good manners hotel. The way every single employee here treats their guests is incredibly good. And it’s consistent across the board; it’s not just the Front Office, but even the restaurant and housekeeping staff all have excellent manners and attitudes.
​So, at this moment, I want to express my gratitude to all the staff at Primebiz. Thank you for taking such good care of my family during these 36 days. We really appreciated it.
​To the Front Office: Thank you for your hospitality, especially to Pak Agung—you are truly a good person.
​To the Restaurant: Especially the staff and chef, thank you for the amazing food; everything tasted so delicious.
​To Housekeeping: You all are so good and clean, especially Miko—thank you for always reminding us to change the sheets.

Recomendable y práctico por cercanía al aeropuerto
Pros:

Cama cómoda y desayuno muy bueno. La piscina genial. Perfecto para pasar una o dos noches a la llegada o salida por su proximidad con el aeropuerto. Personal muy atento.

Good stay closed to airport
Pros:

Perfect location for a short stay, closed to the airport. Will recommend when you arrive or you leave Bali. Room are cleaned and confortable.

Cons:

Small comment on the Breakfast is not varied, could be more quality.

Ubicación muy conveniente al lado del aeropuerto y desayuno muy correcto. Solo estuvimos dos noches, pero en los dos desayunos, las opciones fueron variadas.
