The property was freshly decorated and you could tell. However the lift is tiny - and I’m 4ft10! This could not accommodate someone who is much more built and tall. There was only enough space for my feet and small carry on. The door passages, stair way, bathroom are very narrow as other reviewers have pointed out. I was pleased with the male receptionist, he was polite. On my last day I had to shower with cold water, this definitely woke me up! The tv in my room didn’t work however it didn't make an effort to get it seen to.. on the plus side there was a fan on the ceiling.

This hotel closed until next spring. I hope the hotel will be better.

Great place to stay, but rooms are slightly smaller than expected. No air conditioning but have us a fan.

We paid extra for a junior Suite and two people with two pieces of luggage. Each average size could not fit in this room. We even paid extra for the larger room. It was really beat up and not clean. The hotel needs a refresh.

atmosphere

The Superior Double Room with Balcony was simple but exactly what we needed. It was very accessible by metro and we loved walking around the surrounding areas. However, we had some issues with the air conditioner, shower drain, and telephone in the room. We notified the front desk about the air conditioner and shower drain multiple times and were not able to get these issues resolved. The air conditioner wasn't a big issue because the temperature was mild, however, the problems with the shower drain were frustrating. Hopefully the hotel is able to resolve this problem before future guests check into the room.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would likely book again if the above issues are fixed.

This hotel was very quaint. Front desk staff friendly. Elevator can not fit a large suitcase and a person. Room was tiny, bathroom barely had enough space to get past the sink to the toilet. Very hot in the room. They do provide a fan, but the window barely opened.

A very reasonable price for a well located perfectly acceptable (if not a little ‘run down’) budget hotel. Nicely placed for Metro, Sacre Couer, good nearby eateries.

I love this property 1 for location and easy access to everything, shops, dining, metro, tourist sites, etc... the staff is very friendly and helpful, its a great location , only thing I can say is that maybe they need to update the carpets but other than that I love it here... staff is great

Carpets looked worn and dirty. Room needed updated. Net curtains dirty looking at bottom. Shower tiny space.

Hotel was amazing and staff excellent. The location to Montmartre was excellent. The actual area of the hotel was the only concern.
