nice rooms, atmosphere. location in centre of madrid, close to museums. clean yes! with their own glutenfree bakery / restaurant from 9 - 21 h, but you have to inquire for options for your breakfast. sometimes a little drafty in restaurant when doors open. if so, they are kind to close some doors.

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel for 5 nights end of February beginning of March and we had really nice time in the hotel. First of all the location couldn’t be better, walking distance to every major attractions but still not in the most busiest part of the city. Very lively atmosphere around the hotel with small shops and nice restaurants. The hotel itself has everything you can expect from a 4 star hotel. Nice design all around the place, very nice bar with music during the weekend, good breakfast with a lot of options. Our room was spacious and very clean and quiet. The only thing that I didn’t liked was that the room it was a bit dark with not a lot of natural light but we were out the whole day so it was not that big of a deal. Also the gym was very small so if you plan to work out inside it is not really practical. Overall we had really good time in Madrid made a lot of memories and the hotel itself has contributed greatly.

Incredible service from the front desk, restaurant and bar. Never stayed in a place in that price category that has that great of service. Special shout out to Eva at the bar!

I am posting this review on Tripadvisor AND Google, apologies if you see both. WE LOVED THIS PLACE. We just spent 5 nights at Only YOU in Madrid, OMG, this place is to die for. It truly is boutique-y, there is nothing about this place that feels like a chain hotel whatsoever. The location is perfect, you are off the main tourist pathways YET in a fantastic cultural area of Madrid with (literally) hundreds of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Shopping galore, including authentic shops and some of those more popular name-type places. The rooms (we stayed in two, as we had to change due to other bookings halfway through) were beautiful, we stayed in the Blue room (one of the suite-type ones) and that was our favorite of the two, but both were fantastic. The QUALITY of the room was outstanding... the sheets, the pillows, the cleanliness, the SERVICE (twice a day! cleaned in morning and then again while we were out at dinner, SO NICE). The STAFF were the most polite and helpful of pretty much anyplace we have ever stayed (and we TRAVEL!). Every single interaction we had was pleasant, fun, and it felt like they sincerely wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We had drinks in the hotel artsy bar several nights (usually our last stop before bed!), cool atmosphere, fun clientele. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, a bit of Asian flare with sushi and other options, the waitstaff were on top of things but not overly so (meaning, they gave us our space, as we prefer, to drink our wine and enjoy our European-style 3-hour meal, with apps, main course, deserts, and too many bottles of great wine). My wife and I cannot say enough about this hotel, the rating on Tripadvisor and Google is WELL-DESERVED. If we were to go back to Madrid, we would book here. You will NOT be disappointed.

Gratitude, Francesco, for all your effort in always recommending the best restaurants in the area and for helping us get into the happy Moonlight Jazz. That night will always be very memorable. As for the hotel, everything was perfect, from the room, which accommodated us very comfortably, to the infrastructure, which offered us a delicious breakfast, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a lovely afternoon coffee and a great dinner. The décor is also impeccable and truly pleasing to the eye thanks to its excellent taste. Many thanks to the entire team, and especially to Francesco. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Always love staying at the Only YOU Madrid. The staff are always attentive and make you feel at home, the vibe is super cool and of course the overall high standards make it my only venue to stay at when I'm visiting.

The hotel is beautiful and amazing and the staff very polite and extremely friendly I got immediately an upgrade. I relaxed deeply and the dinner at the restaurant was beyond my expectations

Top location in a chic neighborhood, close to everything. The Only YOU Boutique Hotel is very stylish and thoughtfully designed.
The real highlight, however, is the staff: 10/10 across the board. Whether it was the reception, restaurant, concierge, or room service, everything was flawless without exception. I will definitely be back, even if only for the quality of the service.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful surprise arranged for my daughter’s birthday, which made our stay even more special.

Vibrant, dynamic and very friendly atmosphere in this boutique hotel. Centrally situated in Salamanca. The room was perfect and breakfast in the patio with blue ceramic plates in the window displays was top. A unique, charming discovery!

YOU lives up to its billing as a boutique hotel and I loved it for this. Even as you walk in you notice its character, having to navigate through secret feeling corridors to find the reception.
We got a very friendly welcome and I happened to notice that the restaurant and bar were full and lively, always a positive sign.
One small negative is that we had requested a room on the top floor which was not considered.
The rooms were “cosy” so on the small side and the bathroom was very small. It was also a touch loud during the night, maybe to be expected considering the site. But the room was well decorated with a Nespresso machine, even though the capsules did not get replaced.
2 more positives. The breakfast was excellent with a vast choice and the eating area was beautiful.
Then the location is pretty much perfect for Madrid. Hidden away in a side alleyway, but within walking distance from Gran Via, Retiro (one of my favourite places in Madrid but unfortunately closed when we there) and the Salamanca district.
I would recommend this hotel for a long couples weekend.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. First things first, every single person working here is so kind. We felt truly welcome! And there are so many special little touches that make your stay memorable, such as a glass of cava at check in, cute design elements, and so on. Plus, the all day breakfast is genius, especially for those who indulge in the legendary Spanish nightlife. Which you really must do, because the hotel is in the perfect location for it! And if you must eat gluten-free like me, well, there is a gluten-free bakery onsite!

Beautiful hotel with the best and most friendly staff. The location is very central, great restaurants few meters away. The interior is cool, great bar and excellent service. All the recommendations from staff was perfect.

The only minus was the size of the gym. Maximum capacity of 3 and it felt small.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. We would especially like to mention Francesco, who was kind, patient, warm, and always happy to help with anything we needed. His attitude and dedication truly made us feel welcome and cared for.

Valentina at the reception was also wonderful, friendly and welcoming, and helped us book restaurants and organize our plans with a big smile.

In general, the entire hotel team provides outstanding service. Every single staff member was polite, cheerful, and professional. It is rare to experience such consistently high service from everyone.

My best friend and I stayed at the hotel and the experience was absolutely perfect. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, the bar had a great vibe, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, support and service on top and I stayed in the penthouse - what a place! Amazing people also, someone called Francesco helped me also get some cigars from Davidoff and I got a fantastic experience. Also, great bar and drinks, and the breakfast was fantastic!
