El personal, muy poco atento, tuve que bajar las 5 maletas solo ya que nadie se dignó a ayudar y hotel tenía muchas escaleras, un hotel turístico debe tener personal que hablen español e inglés y solo hablaban portugués, no respondían el teléfono de contacto para ver temas de la reserva y cuando llegamos a las 21:00 horas me tuve que bajar para abrir la barrera ya que nadie fue a atendernos e intuí que debía sacar la cadena para subir con el vehículo. Por último último teníamos que insistir que nos hagan la habitación ya que no iban en toda la mañana.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. La cercanía con Praia Brava. El personal, muy amable. Desayuno completo.

Cons:

Le pondría más énfasis a los detalles en la limpieza. Hubo dos ocasiones en que no fueron a limpiar y tuve que avisar que lo hicieran. Nada grave. Pero la experiencia sería completa teniendo en cuenta estos detalles.

Cons:

El hotel queda en lo alto en pendiente, El estacionamiento es mínimo, habían áreas que estaba prohibido estacionar ya que era para poder dar la vuelta y sacar el auto, sin embargo se estacionaban autos del hotel y era imposible poder retroceder para salir
