En el check-out nos cobraron una tasa turística que equivalía a una noche más de nuestra estadía..como conozco las leyes y sé que no es obligatorio, no lo pagamos. Pero si el turista no conoce la legislación lo paga de una y es muy alto el monto.

Al hacer checkout en la cuenta habia una boleta del restaurante q no era nuestra, puede haber sido error..pero también agregaron segun ellos un 12% de servicio de propinas para el personal, y también estaba mal, era bastante mas de ese porcentaje, lo revisamos con el gerente, no es obligatorio pagarlo pero no esta bueno de parte del hotel q lo ponga en la cuenta en el medio, muy amable el gerente, pero no.es serio de parte del hotel q tenga tantos errores la cuenta, no parece transparente

Estadia maravilhosa, muita limpeza, funcionários muito agradáveis, muito conforto da cama e travesseiros.
Pros:

Quartos muito limpos, piscina climatizada, camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis.

Cons:

Pia do banheiro pequena, não tem como acomodar os pertences em cima dela. Não tinha um espelho de corpo inteiro até o pé, isso atrapalha para se arrumar.
