As instalações são boas, assim como a localização.

Cons:

Sistema de estacionamento com manobrista dificulta a entrega e retirada do veículo (muito demorado), poucas opções de canais na TV e estou aguardando "até agora" a agua que pedi e disseram que entregariam no quarto (até as 22hs).

Ótimo hotel com excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Hotel no centro, bem localizado, com ótimas instalações, bem cuidado e ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é excelente. O estacionamento é pago, mas vale a pena, pois fica no subsolo do hotel (diferente de muitos outros hotéis onde o local de estacionamento é diferente do local do hotel). Excelente custo benefício.

Pros:

excelente café da manhã, restaurante muito bom, atendimento de lanches no quarto muito bom.

Cons:

o colchão estava em final de vida util para hoteis. Estava bem marcado a curvatura do casaço das molas. Necessitei de mais um travesseiro, alem dos disponiveis, por estar em recuperação de cirurgia, e foi cobrado. Digo não pelo valor mas pela gentileza, que nenhum outro hotel deste nivel cobrou.
