Estava de passagem, buscava um lugar para passar a noite e seguir viagem.
Pros:

O café da manhã era uma delicia, muitas opções, tudo muito gostoso. O pessoal que estava na recepção e durante o café também foram muito delicados e de muita gentileza. O hotel fica numa região bem central, foi fácil de achar.

Cons:

Oferecem o serviço de garagem, porém é cobrado um valor a parte de R$20,00. Acreditava que estava incluso no valor da reserva.

Gosto demais do café da manhã, nota 10 e os funcionários tb são muito simpáticos.

Eu sempre fico neste hotel qdo vou p Ribeirão Preto, acontece que desta vez o quarto, especificamente dentro do armário estava um cheiro muito forte de desodorante, os cobertores e o travesseiro que estavam dentro ficaram com o cheiro, meu marido tem alergia com cheiro e não parou de espirrar.

PISCINA INTERDITADA NO SÁBADO DE MANHÃ

As instalações são BEM antigas no prédio "clássico", nosso ar condicionado ficava soltando pedaços de gelo no chão e molhando tudo, além de termos que trocar de quarto uma outra vez porque o cartão da energia elétrica não funcionava. Mas pra mim o pior e mais revoltante foi ter reservado este hotel pela piscina linda nesse sol de Ribeirão e simplesmente NUM SÁBADO AS 10H DA MANHÃ estarem limpando a mesma interditada e a resposta do recepcionista foi "que ficaram lotados o mes todo e era o unico dia com menos hóspedes pra fszer a limpeza" ou seja fod*se nós que pagamos pela hospedagem naquele sábado.
Detalhe, estacionamento pago.
