Godt hotel
Pros:

Pænt og rent. Ligger tæt på motorvej og nemt at parkere. Ligger ikke langt fra U-bahn. Personalet yderst venlige! Morgenmaden god.

Cons:

Vi var der midt i hedebølgen, så kunne godt have brugt en ventilator på værelset. Kunne være dejligt med små snacks/retter i baren.

Das erste und das letzte Mal.
Pros:

Es gab einen schönen grünen Innenhof. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei extremer Hitze. Deshalb wurde das Zimmer aus Rücksicht auf die Mitarbeiter nicht gereinigt, was wir im Prinzip in Ordnung fanden. Auf die Frage, ob wir dann dafür eine Flasche Wasser haben könnten, wurde es verneint, so als ob die Gäste nicht so wichtig wären (bei 37 Grad Hitze).
Das Frühstück fanden wir höchstens OK, es gab keinen Obstsalat, nur Obst, dass man sich - ohne scharfes Messer - selbst fürs Müsli hätte kleinschneiden müssen. Der Schnittlauch fürs Ei war extrem grob geschnitten, was ich rückgemeldet habe ohne Resonaz, dadurch für mich nicht essbar.
Leider ist das Hotel außerdem sehr abgelegen, was immer viel Zeit für Wege in Anspruch nahm.

Ein solides Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Pros:

Das Personal ist einfach spitze, das Restaurant, die Hotel Bar.

Cons:

Es könnte mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das eine oder andere war nicht mehr in Ordnung und Zimmerschlüssel zum abgeben ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Alles keine ganz großen Probleme, aber viele kleine machen auch einen Eindruck.

Prima verblijf in rustig hotel, aanrader!
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima, kamers waren schoon en stil, hotel staat in rustige wijk, personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 10 minuten van metrostation door rustige wijk. In totaal half uurtje naar HafenCity, ons primaire reisdoel. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding

Cons:

vrijwel geen buitenlandse zenders op TV en als dan geen enkele van de Duitse zenders de eerste WK-wedstrijd van Nederland uitzendt...

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, modernes, großes und schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Aufzug vorhanden, sehr reichhaltiges, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet, auch für mich als Diabetiker war genug dabei, sehr guter Kaffee und Personal, dass häufig nachschaut, ob was fehlt und fragt, ob alles passt. Die Lage ist top, es ist mit der U-Bahn nicht weit ins Zentrum, aber auch der Flughafen ist mit Bus schnell und gut erreichbar. Wirklich ein TOP Hotel, dass ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

We waren hier een 5 jaar geleden, personeel was toen niet bijzonder vriendelijk. Ook de kamers konden een renovatie gebruiken. Nu weer geweest . Kamers gerenoveerd tip top ! Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Fijn Hotel

Cons:

De volgende keer is de badkamer een hopelijk ook gerenoveerd. Douchecabine en wastafel
