Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück mit großartiger Auswahl, Einzelzimmer toll und modern eingerichtet, im Hotel findet man immer wieder gemütliche Plätze zum verweilen.
Restaurant Papillon besticht mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und sehr zuvorkommenden Servicepersonal!

Hotel rilassante nel cuore di Lokstedt
Pros:

Non era la prima volta che portavamo dei turisti in questo piccolo Hotel nel cuore di Lokstedt, ma questa volta ho apprezzato la disponibilità dello staff e l'accoglienza delle camere, comode e essenziali ma comunque ben disposte.

Cons:

La posizione "decentrata" e la distanza da mezzi pubblici purtroppo penalizzano molto la permanenza, soprattutto se gli ospiti sono anziani. L'altro aspetto negativo è il prezzo elevato, anche se in linea con le strutture ricettive nelle vicinanze.

Nettes Hotel am Rande der Stadt.
Pros:

Sehr schöner, heller Wintergarten als Frühstücksraum.
Parkplätze im Hof.
Freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Da das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß nicht zum Hotel gehörte waren die Wege von der Rezeption ins Zimmer sehr verwirrend. Beim ersten Versuch vom Hof ins Hotel zu gehen stand ich plötzlich in der Restaurantküche.
Das Frühstück war dem Zimmerpreis nicht angemessen und nicht erwartungsgemäß.

Da wir schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel waren, wissen wir, was uns erwartet.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht waren alle Heizungen bei uns kalt. Außentemperatur - 5 Grad.
Wurde aber am nächsten Tag repariert.
