Great Service And Smile

We stayed here during a family trip for the first time. The staff was helpful and friendly, The hotel’s location is close to many delicious restaurants,shop and marks 10-15min walk,Room were comfortable & Very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were stayed here for our holiday. We have stay at PATIO HOTEL 2 days here with lovely stay. Nice view, nice sky bar, friendly staff.

My friend and I, we had 2 nights in the superior twin room at The Patio Hotel and urban resort Phnom Penh, lobby really greetings us staffs are take care us well quick and clear information for process check in. So many turtles in the fish pond at lobby I love them . Our twin room has been upgrade to bigger room. The room very big space with private balcony. A breakfast many choices, a pool is amazing on a rooftop with great view day and night.

I recently stayed at your hotel in BKK1, Phnom Penh, and I wanted to express my appreciation. The location is excellent, close to a mini mart, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ATMs, and a pharmacy, making everything very convenient. Your staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. Centrally located in the city, Patio is value for money to stay and get fantastic experiences. Everything here is gorgeous, staffs, food, rooms, cleanliness, especially walking out any time you like to explore rounded places. Moreover, attractive tourism sites are not far away like monument, Royal Palace, Museum, Tuol Sleng prison etc.

The room and rooftop bar were amazing. Excellent place it was good and convenient to go anywhere. There are lots of nice little bars, restaurant, Mini mart, salon and beauty store nearby. The Lalangka Temple next door as well. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner are serving. I really enjoy my stays at Patio Hotel. Will be back again!

Great hotel in a good location, you can get anywhere quickly either on foot or by tuk-tuk. The rooftop pool is also great. I would especially like to highlight the staff, they are incredibly friendly and help you with everything, book transport and call people. I have rarely experienced such great service. The room itself is also big enough, the breakfast is very good, and you can also eat in the restaurant, have drinks, or book massages. Value for money is absolutely consistent.

Sometimes it’s best to forsake the chain hotels. Patio is a fine example. Centrally situated close to the royal palace there are many restaurants nearby. Our welcome was friendly and helpful and this was maintained by every staff member during our stay. Our room was spacious with all amenities including bottled water and fridge. Balcony gave us a pleasant view of the palace. Breakfast was pretty good and with local and western options. The rooftop bar and infinity pool gives excellent views and service again came with a smile. Overall a really good experience.

It’s kind of good experience with Patio Hotel & Urban Resort that I never have before: Staff very friendly and helpful, the prices is acceptable, the location is super easy to walk around to find many restaurants and bar nearby.

Very centrally located, all interesting sights are within walking distance. Very friendly welcome, helpful staff. The rooms are super clean, attractively furnished, and spacious. Semi-open restaurant on the 7th floor, where breakfast is also served. The breakfast buffet was attractively and appetisingly presented and the attentive staff constantly cleaned up. On the 8th floor above is the infinity pool with a cool view of the city and lounge. I also had dinner on the roof terrace every day and was very satisfied every time. Everything was just right here. Very recommended hotel.

I recently stayed at Patio hotel it beautiful and comfortable place. The room was spacious and well kept, with a rustic-modern vibe. I especially liked the stone shower a small detail that felt surprisingly spa-like. The rooftop infinity pool offers sweeping city views, especially magical at sunset. The open air bar and restaurant made it easy to unwind without leaving the hotel. Located just minutes from independence Monument and Bassac Lane, the hotel is ideal for exploring Phnom Penh's cultural and nightlife spots.

For us, it was in a great area to get to the sights we wanted to see, the rooms were really big, smelt lovely, bed was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, staff were so lovely and friendly, pool area was great with nice views. Have rebooked
