I purchased a B Prive membership two years ago, which was a manual membership costing around ₹23,000. It included several vouchers for stays, dining, and other benefits. However, whenever I tried to make a booking, the B Prive team would always come up with excuses, and I had to struggle a lot just to use the benefits I had already paid for.

About a year ago, I was contacted again to renew my membership. Initially, I refused and clearly explained my past experience. But they assured me that this time there would be no issues. They even provided everything in writing and offered additional vouchers, which convinced me to purchase a higher membership of around ₹29,000.

Unfortunately, the same issues continued. In May 2025, I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and started requesting bookings almost a month in advance. The main problem was that they claimed they didn’t have rooms available under the B Prive complimentary category. However, they were ready to offer paid rooms, which clearly showed a lack of commitment to their promises.

After multiple follow-ups and escalating the matter to higher authorities, I finally got the room, but the entire process was extremely stressful and frustrating. Because of this experience, I didn’t use the membership for the rest of the year.

When my membership was about to expire, I again tried to make a booking one month in advance, and once again faced the same situation. They did not honor their commitments, and I had to provide proof for everything. Even in the end, when only 2–3 days were left, my booking was accepted after a lot of unnecessary hassle.

Another concern is with Kiaan Restaurant, where B Prive members are given a separate, limited menu compared to regular guests. The behavior of the staff towards B Prive members is also disappointing — it often feels like they treat you as if you are eating for free, despite having paid a significant membership fee.

Overall, my experience with B Prive has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Instead, I would highly recommend visiting Del at Roseate House, where the service and overall experience are far better and more respectful.

I loved the entire stay ! The staff is warm and welcoming ! The Hamam is excellent ! Staff is so kind and great ! It’s one of an experience.

Best stay at our roka anniversary. Warm hospitality by staff. All the arrangements as well as the room was very good. Prachi and Rhythm helped me plan a gopd surprise for my wife. Overall a must stay hotel.

Amazing hotel as expected, but the service was the best thing. We stayed there for our wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful to the entire staff, specially Harsh (butler) who made our day even more special, decorated the room very thoughtfully and beautifully! He took care of us very well right till we checked out of the hotel, would totally recommend to request specially for him if you are staying at the hotel.

It was a great experience with amazing ambience. We got an upgraded room so had the lake view, which was really beautiful. Thanks to Tanisha and Robina for taking care of all the things. The breakfast could have been sightly better with taste, but overall it was a nice staycation.
