Warm and welcoming environment
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and very peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities, especially the pool and common areas, were excellent, and the food exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

Wonderful resort
Pros:

This is a great resort to come with family and friends. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, pools are wonderful, restaurant is excellent with really tasty food and good vegetarian and vegan options. The beach is nice, as the waves are not too strong.
I’ve been to multiple beach resorts in Brazil and in the Caribbean, and this place has its special place for me. I’ve been here a few times and always want to come back.

O apartamento muito pequeno, com pequeno armário (sem espaço para até mesmo acomodar as bagagens). O cardápio do bar (da área das piscinas) com poucas opções, e com os itens servidos em quantidade mínima.

O resort é muito bom, mas para mim a minha suite deixou a desejar. É pequena, mas esse não é o principal problema. Tem um pequeno quintal no fundo, porém com um muro alto, eu acho que poderia ser grades ou baixo, para poder ter pelo menos vista para o jardim, porque não tem vista para nada. O colchão não é la essas coisas, mas não é ruim (nós reservamos a suite luxo). Nós gostamos e muito da surpresa que fizeram pra minha esposa (aniversariante), primeiro no café da manhã, que teve até bolo e a cordialidade dos funcionários,, muito obrigado.

Pros:

Hotel pé na areia com um café da manhã delicioso, e a poucos minutos de carro do centro histórico. Não reservem os quartos com ante sala pois são bem longe da recepção, prefiram os quartos familiares.

Um complexo de lazer em pleno Ilhéus !!!
