Pros:

Eu amei tudo, os funcionários da recepção, o café da manhã tem muita opção. Eu estava com minha bb de 1 ano, e tinha muita opção saudável pra ela.. tem opção pra todos os gostos. Sobre o quarto, gente, maravilhoso, eu pedi um berço e quando cheguei já tinha um berço lá, com tudo arrumadinho. O hotel fica em frente a vários locais pra comer, pertinho do shopping, e do centro. Apartamento muito limpo, silencioso, com tudo novo. Lá. Também tem um restaurante, caso alguém não queira sair pra comprar comida fora.

Cons:

A única coisa que tenho a pontuar, é que o estacionamento não é coberto.

Sugiro um estudo para melhorar a rampa de acesso ao hotel, principalmente na hora de sair! Estivemos com um grande com motos pesadas e foi muito difícil a saída
