Localização muito boa e os quartos grandes e o café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

As tomadas dos quartos não pegam direito estão horríveis, e cobrar estacionamento de hóspedes eu acho um absurdo, sendo que a estadia já é cara.

Quarto:
- Torneira banheiro fica picando sem parar.
- Vaso sanitário fica vazando água sem parar (muita).
- Chuveiro fica pingando sem parar (chegou a nos acordar).
- Torneira da copa/cozinha fica vazando sem parar
- As borrachas dos registros das torneiras estão bem desgastadas e ficam grudando na nossa mão. É algo bem nojento.
- Por várias vezes ficamos sem água quente no quarto e tive que terminar o banho só na água fria. Conversei com vários hóspedes e todos enfrentaram o mesmo problema.

Área comum:
- Chegamos no restaurante para tomar café da manhã e o Ambiente esta muito quente e abafado. Ao conversar com o garçom a respeito ele chamou uma mulher que informou que 1 aparelho de ar condicionado estava estragado e o único que estava ligado estava na temperatura 24. Reclamei com uma funcionária que estava muito quente, e essa pessoa ligou o ar (que o outro funcionário disse estar estragado).
- Talheres do café da manhã estavam sujos. Claramente não foram bem lavados.
- Salada de fruta azeda, parecia ser reaproveitada de dias anteriores.

- Cafeteira da recepção (paga) estava com cheiro ruim (azedo) e cheio de mosquitos voando em volta.
