Die Duschkabine war relativ eng. Die mit Fett? gebratenen Toasts waren nicht mein Geschmack, das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich auch nicht überzeugt.

Personnel is rude and stressed out . Telephone doesn’t work, tv works but no channels . Shower is terrible, need to hold the shower head spray with 1 hand . If I shower I want both hands free to wash myself.

Emplacement assez proche du centre et très bien desservi par le tramway et le métro proche, petit déjeuner bien sans être exceptionnel, des fruits seraient les bienvenus, chambre spacieuse, très propre, un peu bruyante avec le tramway, des fenêtres mieux insonorisées seraient un plus, coffre et frigo à disposition, personnel très accueillants, un très bon rapport qualité prix

Very good breakfast and clean room!
Pros:

The hotel is clean, with 2 elevators, 24h reception and good breakfast, perfect to spend 1 or 2 nights! We parked the car across the street and it was free during the weekend, otherwise we could have used the hotel's parking for 6 eur/night, very decently!

Smaczne śniadania, do dyspozycji dużo ręczników, wygodne poduszki, lodówka, czajnik, szklanki i filiżanki.

Cons:

Wiele pokoi bez dostępu do świeżego powietrza i dziennego światła,gdyż okna wychodzą na zamknięty dziedziniec. Nam się udało- mieliśmy okno otwierające się na podwórze. Brak suszarki do włosów i ciasny brodzik. Plamy na wykładzinie. Ani jednej saszetki herbaty czy kawy obok szklanek ( trzy gwiazdki!)

Pros:

Удобное месторасположение. Недалеко метро. Приятный персонал. Заказывала вместо завтрака ланч-бокс. Все было вкусно. Хорошая парковка. Отличный WiFi. Есть кондиционер.

Cons:

Не понравился только матрас. Пружины мешают спать.

Very disappointing experience
Cons:

During my stay at Atlantic Hotel Budapest, some of my jewelry went missing from my room. I left the hotel to go on a tour, and when I returned and checked my belongings, the jewelry was no longer there.

I immediately reported the situation to the hotel staff and asked for help, but unfortunately I did not receive any effective assistance. I was simply told that nothing had been found, and I felt that the matter was not handled with the seriousness it deserved.

Losing valuable personal belongings is already very upsetting, but the lack of support and follow-up from the hotel made the experience even worse. I expected the hotel to investigate properly, check who had access to the room, review any available security information, and provide clear assistance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to travelers carrying valuable personal items.
