Wir waren sehr zufreden und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel, kurz und möglich, durch das Bahnhofsviertel ist nicht sehr schön. Aber das ist ein Problem der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Fernsehgerät funktionierte nicht richtig, die Reparatur sollte aber sofort erfolgen.

Sehr gutes Hotel an einer Top Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel an einer sehr guten Lage. Nah am Main, nah am Bahnhof, nah zur Altstadt. Wirklich Top Lage. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig mit einer reichen Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Schade, dass es kein Restaurant im Hotel gibt.

Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Der Ausblick aus dem 19. Stock war wirklich grandios. Der Aufzug funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, besonders den Entsafter haben wir gerne für einen Frische-Kick am Morgen benutzt. Obwohl das Hotel im Bahnhofsviertel liegt, merkt man in der nächsten Umgebung nichts davon, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Durch Einbahnstraßen rund ums Hotel ist es auch erstaunlich ruhig.

Cons:

Der Fernseher friert immer wieder ein, was am schlechten Signal liegen könnte. Die Reinigung nur auf Wunsch hat zuerst nicht funktioniert, aber am nächsten Tag war das Zimmer geputzt und wurde auch vom Housekeeping kontrolliert.

Das Zimmer machte einen über die Jahre gebrauchten/abgenutzten Eindruck
Die Klimaanlage war auf „Heizung“ eingestellt, durch das Kippfenster kam nicht wirklich kühlende Luft, so dass die Nacht nicht wirklich angenehm bzgl. Der Temperatur war
Die Nachtischlampe war nicht wirklich auf eine Position zum Lesen einstellbar.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wohlfühlen in gepflegter Exklusivität. Man spürt das nordische Flair. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück mit hochwertigen Produkten. Da kommt man gerne wieder.
