Ich werde nächstes Jahr an der Messe Ambiete ein anderes Hotel berücksichtigen.
Pros:

Zimmer sind sehr modern und zweckmässig - dafür würde ich immer wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Reception! Eine Begrüssung wäre eine Begrüssung...der erste Satz: Wir brauchen ihre Kreditkarte! Der Check-in hat sehr lange gedauert, verlangsamtes System. Obwohl ich vorgängig angerufen habe mich möchte ein Zimmer mit Badewanne (wurde mir am Telefon bestätigt) musste ich dann das Zimmer wechseln da zuerst keine Wanne im Zimmer war. Was mir auch nicht gefallen hat ist das Angebot und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant abends. Kalte Einrichtung. Am zweiten Abend sind wir extern essen gegangen obwohl wir sonst immer im Hotel bleiben.

In generale mi è piaciuto.
Pros:

Sala colazione, camera, pulizia, personale alla reception . Le ragazze sono gentili e si impegnano per esaudire le nostre richieste. Ci torneremo con piacere!
