Pros:

房間可以看到大樓夜景和夕陽，景觀很好，離火車站很近，早餐很好吃。
房間有些設備快壞了，但感覺得出來飯店已盡力維護。

Cons:

淋浴間的水溫很可怕，會忽冷忽熱，一下是冰冷的水，一下變成滾燙的熱水，完全不符合飯店的水準。

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Nicer bar (though should consider opening Sunday). Comfortable, spacious room. Good air con, necessary in hot weather

フロントスタッフの教育がなってない

景色が素晴らしい

Cons:

隣の部屋でタイル工事が始まり、何時に終わるかフロントで確認したら１８時と回答があり、それなら我慢すると伝えたところ、工事は31日まで続くし何時に終わるかわからないという回答に変わり、部屋をチェンジするから、何階の部屋を希望するかと聞かれた。荷物が多いので部屋は変わりたくない、工事が確実に18時までなら我慢すると押し問答状態になってしまった。工事があるのはあらかじめわかっていたはずなのに、何故その隣の部屋をアサインするのか甚だ疑問がある。スタッフは無表情で我関せずというホスピタリティの無さにも呆れる。

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Frankfurt jederzeit wieder dort buchen
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine 10 von 10. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage für uns optimal

Cons:

Das es keine Fenster Rollos hat, nur dicke Vorhänge. Aber die halten die dunkeln nur begrenzt ab und morgens ist es schon sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer.
