Please note that the Candle Spa is open daily from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Children up to 10 years old are only allowed in the Kids Spa when accompanied by an adult, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Each room is entitled to use the SPA facilities for 50 minutes a day. Reservation is necessary.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Ob zur Altstadt oder zum Strand. Beides ist gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Straße kann tagsüber etwas nervig sein. Nachts ging es dann aber.

Pros:

We were able to get a real massage for one person in our group having back issues, while on the Camino de Santiago. Quite close to the water crossing. Beautiful view. Staff was great. Faculty beautiful.

Cons:

A bottle of water in the room was priced at 15 EU. That seemed high comparably. Food in the dining room was good (but not amazing)and also priced high for the quality.

Cama com bastante barulho quarto 111 ,nem se podia mexer um pouco que fazia barulho por todo lado,e o barulho da casa das máquinas no lado das piscinas durante 24 horas insuportável estar com as janelas abertas ou na varanda a desfrutar de ar puro , éramos obrigados a estar com as janelas fechadas para não ouvir e mesmo assim não era suficiente

El desayuno es variado y está rico.

Cons:

No teniamos agua caliente. Avisamos en recepción y subieron a mirar. Nos dijeron que ya estaba solucionado, que era una llave que estaba cerrada, pero por la noche seguiamos sin agua caliente. Al final llegó el agua caliente pero tuvimos que abrir todos los grifos de la habitación durante más de media hora hasta que cogió temperatura. El spa es pequeño y está muy estropeado. La piscina infantil estaba helada. No tienes chanclas en la habitación pero no te avisan que las necesitas. Te cobran el gorro. La limpieza de la habitación fue nefasta. La ultima mañana encontramos muchas hormigas en el baño. La relación calidad precio no merece la pena.

La cama era cómoda y las vistas desde la habitación hacía el Miño eran bonitas.

Cons:

La zona del spa me pareció pequeña para tanta gente,los chorros de las piscina de cuatro que tiene funcionan dos.
El segundo día fuimos al primer turno de la mañana a las 9:00 y cual fue la sorpresa el baño turno y la sauna las terminaron de encender,por lo tanto no los pudimos usar,porque no alcanzaban la temperatura.
Precio excesivo para las instalaciones y en la habitación que nos tocó ni enchufe había para cargar el móvil y hacía frío en la habitación.
