According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Não gostei.
Muito antiga, com tomadas no padrão antigo, não pude ligar meus elétricos no quarto ( ferro e secador de cabelo ). A recepção não disponibiliza um adaptador. Disponibilizou o ferro deles, mas tinha que descer para pegar o ferro e depois devolver. Não pude usar as minhas coisas. Quarto sem capricho, pintura antiga, sem um quadro na parede do quarto.
Da localização, do conforto do quarto e banheiro. A paisagem em frente ao hotel é lindíssima.
Do atendimento, falta de atenção dos funcionários.

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, limpeza nota 10. Café da manhã condiz com o preço e tem muita opção, localização excelente.
A cama não é confortável e poderia ser melhor
Somente Localização favorece.
Hotel falta reforma, inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto péssimo, precisei recorrer a outra opção. Todos os quartos se encontram em condições bastante aquém pelo preço. Ponto positivo é a localização e os quartos com janela frontal.

Acomodações antigas, café da manhã fraco, não tem secador de cabelos no quarto, as toalhas estavam manchadas, o hotel só tem 2 elevadores e um ficou um tempo estragado e quando cheguei no meu quarto, havia um vazamento no banheiro.
