A great location at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, the view from the fourth-floor restaurant is exceptional. You can watch the sunrise while having breakfast.

Cons:

The building is old and requires some renovation.

O local do hotel e o café da manhã são muito bons. Porém as instalações são muito antigas e bem precárias. O quarto tinha várias luzes sem lâmpadas funcionando, as camas, armários, pisos e espelho altamente desgastados e precisando de uma reforma urgente.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente. Acredito que há 15 anos deveria ser muito bom a acomodação, hoje está gasta, precária e pouco funcional.

O atendimento foi ótimo. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e solícitos.

Cons:

Apesar da visão linda do local do café da manhã, o ar condicionado não dava conta do calor da cidade. O espaço estava quente.
O ar condicionado do quarto que fiquei era antigo, apesar de funcionar bem, fazia muito barulho, muito mesmo.

Vista do café da manha, o café é simples mas muito bom, a localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes e mercados, na Orla de vitória.

Cons:

A Garagem é extremamente apertada, muito ruim para estacionar o carro, e toda vez que você tem que entrar ou sair, os funcionários tem que abri e demoram para fazer isso. Serviço de quarto também demoram para te auxiliar.
