location of the hotel is close to almost everything. shopping centers are walking distance from the hotel. Downturn is very bad internet connection. Staff do not speak english extremely difficult to communicate. With my negative experience, am not returning to this hotel.

The location is quite convenient for tourism, however the quality of the air conditioner is very poor and takes a while to start.
Construction going on next to hotel, very very noisy every days drilling and hacking you not able to sleep when work start. toilet is having a very bad smell which cannot be solve, please think twice if you want to stay here at this moment..

This hotel grew on me. It was a decent hotel for the price. The shower was a lot better than it looked and the bed was okay. The air conditioning was good. I felt sorry for the lift that took me up to the seventh floor as it always sounded like it was about to give up on life. What made my stay enjoyable were the staff - great fun to talk with (some only in limited English) and very helpful e.g. booking me a taxi to the airport - which went very smoothly. The cleaning lady was nice too, even though I think she misunderstood most of what I was saying every time we encountered each other. The less said about breakfast the the better, but I didn’t starve so I guess it was okay. The location was excellent.

This location is great to visit Sai Gon city. Food are good with in 3-5 min. walking, Ben Thanh Market, Sai gon Square, Shopping Takashimaya Viet Nam, all travel agent near by, too.

Not the first time I have stayed there, very good hotel near the food market area, with bars and shops all within walking distance. The staff are very helpfull and let me checkout a little late. My only concern was breakfast and the cold rubber fried eggs.

I booked a superior deluxe room with the city view when I check in I got a small room with a small window.
The receptionist (Miss Wan) was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was just ok.
