Café da manhã bom e localização muito boa

Cons:

Mesmo após solicitar a limpeza do quarto, o tapete foi substituído por outro que estava muito sujo... Além disso, a porta do quarto estava com problema, sendo que precisei solicitar auxílio à recepção diversas vezes.

O atendimento foi muito bom. Ressalto o atendimento do recepcionista erick que tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente foi extremamente atencioso. Do mesmo modo, as meninas do cafe da manha foram muito gentis.
O cafe da manha é uma delícia,.tudo novinho, várias opcoes.
Os quartos sao muito confortáveis, a agua do chuveiro tem várias opcoes indo do frio ate o bem quente. Tudo é muito limpo.

Cons:

O cobertor do quarto estava com.o cheiro bem intenso de amaciante, o que gerou uma alergia.

O hotel parece precisar de manutenções básicas.
Os quartos são extremamente escuros, mal iluminados. Não dispõem de luminárias e as lâmpadas são extremamente fracas e em pouca quantidade. É quase impossível trabalhar do quarto, especialmente a noite.
O box Blindex no banheiro é mal projetado e ao tomar banho o banheiro alaga sempre.
Falta ao hotel uma área para co-working.

Achei que era uma coisa e fiquei decepcionado l.

Cons:

Quarto estava com cheiro de tinta fresca, ar condicionado na baixava a temperatura, tv não era smart só passava cosia sem sentido.
