Pros:

A parte il tentativo, maldestro dico io, di "affibbiarmi" una camera diversa da quella ordinata (senza vasca idromassaggio, ma solo doccia), me l'hanno comunque cambiata, la struttura è senz'altro al top di gamma. Ci tornerò.

Cons:

Il costo del posteggio all'aperto di 25Euri al giorno è, a mio parere, esagerato, non so se in questa struttura abbiano posti coperti, ne avrei senz'altro usufruito.

Forventet litt mer av et fem stjernes hotell!

Ingen info om arrangement på hotellet på engelsk, vi bare oppfattet at det var konserter i bassengområdet ! De tilbydde å lage frokostpakke når vi skulle dra før sju på avreisedag, men dette var ikke kommunisert videre så vi fikk ikke noe! De lovet at taxi skulle bli mye billigere å booke via hotellet, men det stemte ikke! Vi måtte ta taxi pga togstreik på avreisedag og det kostet oss det dobbelte pga avtalt pris fra hotellet!

A great place to unwind
Pros:

Booked the hotel without knowing anything about Cesenatico, and it's clearly the nicest hotel in town. Very elegant and comfortable all at once. The location on the beach is perfect, but candidly we spent most time lounging around the pool. The staff really does a nice job taking care of you, and I want to single out Thomas (hope I spelled that right) who was just excellent. He's a great ambassador for the hotel and works super hard. The room was spacious and the AC worked well, which isn't always the case in European hotels. My wife esp loved the spacious room and has talked about it a few times since we've gotten home. Also, the spa facilities are very nice and shockingly hardly ever crowded. Oftentimes we had them to ourselves.

Un sejur elegant ,retro și fără dorință de repetiție!

Cons:

Stilul ultra elegant și oarecum demodat și faptul ca mesele de prânz și seara sunt cu multe restricții și cu un stil inflexibil și demodat! Se adresează unei generații îmbătrânite și cu mentalitate învechită!

Wir waren schon 4x im Da Vinci und es ist immer wieder sehr schön

Leider waren im Pool Bereich die Toilette in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, Renovierung erforderlich

La posizione e la piscina e le pulizia delle camere. Le camere sono molto silenziose e si lenzuola che asciugamani sono di ottima qualità.

Cons:

La manutenzione della piscina e degli spogliatoi, il parcheggio hanno bisogno di maggiore cura per un 5 stelle. La piscina è piena di pezzi di mosaico mancanti e gli spogliatoi hanno pezzi rotti all’interno. Il parcheggio per il costo di 25 euro giornalieri è un cantiere e pavimentazione che sfavorisce il passaggio di valigie e passeggino.

5 star hotel but 3 star service if you are English and in a group
Pros:

I was with a group booking (33 guests) from England. I feel it is a 5 star facility with 3 star service if you are English and in a group. The service we got was well below that offerred to their wealthy Italian guests. On the whole I found their style far too aggressive and they could have softened much of their sharp instructions with more appropriate and hospitable body language. Few hospitality staff speak much English, I found the sommelier was the only mone with any fluency. We were often confused or had a problem and it was difficult to find someone who could understand the issue.

Aloso, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues as there is no toilet near the resataurant. The ones that are available (2 locations) are at a distance and include stairs or a rather steep slope.

I will never return to this hotel.

Dank Black-Friday-Angebot stimmiger Aufenthalt.

Gute Betten. Nähe zu Strand. Grosses und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Lage. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Design eher altbacken dafür modernste Elektronikausstattung für Rollläden und Klima. Freie Fahrradbenutzung.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sternhotel sollten;
Die benutzten Trinkgläser beim Zimmerservice gewechselt werden.
Eine Kaffemaschine vorhanden sein.
Die TV-Antenne nicht ausgezogen sein (Stichwort Endkontrolle).
Die Duschtüren schliessen, damit das Wasser nicht ins Badezimmer läuft.
Dann 2 Strandliegen mit 1 Schirm in 5. Reihe kosten € 65.00/Tag, vordere Reihen sogar € 110.00 - Italien hat da generell die Bodenhaftung verloren.

Beautiful hotel, good location, which has a lot of potential. The beds were also really good and Andrea is “carrying” the place with his positive attitude.

Cons:

Service levels are not up to 5 star standards and therefore price/quality is off. Staff is trying their best while you feel they lack (5 star standards) training. Good hotel if your expectation is just that.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Poolbereich, allerdings schlecht gepflegt und bei Ankunft noch extrem schmutzig. Außerdem direkt neben dem Pool Hotel-eigene sehr laute Baustelle

Cons:

Es ist laut, ist aber auch durch die Lage bedingt. Technische Defekte in den Zimmern werden erst auf dreimalige Nachfrage und Bitte zur Kenntnis genommen. (Warmwasserregler in der Dusche defekt). Im Hotel finden wohl regelm. auch große Veranstaltungen statt (privat wie geschäftlich), die dann die regulären Gäste schon erheblich beeinträchtigen.
