Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff very polite and helpful.
It is about 10 min Walk to St.Orsola hospital and has free parking.

Top per studenti, buon compromesso per visita bologna
Pros:

Ottima qualitá/prezzo. Struttura per studenti ad hoc ottima, per visita a Bologna va bene come posto per dormire, parcheggio gratis. Camere giuste, forse un po da sistemare alcune cose, ma se non si pretende molto, va benissimo.

Cons:

Nella stanza alcune cose da sistemare, mancava sapone per il bidet,aria condizionata da far vedere perchè non funzionava benissimo.

Pros:

Lo staff era davvero super, tutti molto gentili e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti con un sorriso, sopratutto una ragazza alla reception con i capelli corti mossi/ricci ( purtroppo non conosco il nome), reception aperta h24, disponibilità di farsi chiamare un taxi direttamente dalla reception o comunque la fermata del bus a 10 minuti. La zona è ben servita a livello di ristotanti/pizzeria, vicino c'è un lidl...parcheggio interno, tutto l'edificio dotato di aria condizionata. La stanza era molto comoda e spaziosa, abbastanza pulita come il bagno del resto...una chicca è la possibilità di avere sempre a disposizione acqua fresca gratuitamente...colazione buona e abbondante, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma all'interno c'è anche una mensa per pranzare e cenare.
Molto silenzioso nonostante la presenza di molti studenti. Se dovessimo capitare di nuovo a Bologna sicuramente ci ritorneremmo

Se proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa direi solo la pressione dell'acqua della doccia e il fatto che è difficile regolare la temperatura ma è un dettaglio sorvolabile data la qualità della struttura.

Check-in e checkout veloci. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Camera fornita di tutto, asciugamani morbidi, letto era comodo. Ampia scrivania e armadio per riporre le proprie cose.

Cons:

Il doccino aveva poca pressione e avrei preferito trovare delle bottigliette con shampoo e bagnoschiuma e non il dispenser.
La colazione può essere migliorata con più scelta di bustine di te e frutta fresca.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Beste Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

More breakfast options for extra cost
Pros:

Great for the price. The room is clean and spacious. Actually there are not so many options available in the city, but this one still keeps a reasonable price. Staying among students might be a little awkward but generally it’s okay

Cons:

Pretty far away from the main city entertainments that is a disadvantage after we discovered Bologna’s public transportation system (unclear, expensive and confusing). Breakfast is pretty simple
