I servizi igienici datati: la porta della doccia con cerniere arrugginite, rubinetto del bidet impossibile da usare, usciva un filo d’acqua. Segnalato alla reception non se ne sono occupati.

La struttura era accogliente, buoni i servizi ed il personale gentilissimo, abbastanza lontana da centro (circa 30-40 minuti a piedi), ma tutto sommato un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Pecca che abbiamo maggiormente riscontrato era la pulizia abbastanza carente, come ad esempio qualche capello tra le lenzuola o il doccino contenente muffa

Un Campus universitario a pochi passi dal centro
Pros:

Stanza ampia e ben organizzata.
Pulito, grande, originale.
Posizione comoda, 10 minuti a piedi dal varco Ztl.
Parcheggio gratuito.
Colazione abbondante.
È un Campus universitario, atmosfera cosmopolita . Palestra, lavanderia, edicola...una piccola città. Location piacevole e diversa.

Cons:

La temperatura della stanza era fissa senza possibilità di scelta, abbiamo chiesto più volte allo staff ma non c'era modo di modificarla in maniera autonoma.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, ristoranti e pizzerie nei dintorni, fermate Bus vicine che portano in centro, struttura moderna, personale giovane, molto educato, disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante il soggiorno c'era un problema generale con il riscaldamento e acqua calda latente. Posso capire che era un caso insolito, ma una struttura così con il riscaldamento in blocco i primi di Gennaio, dovrebbe avere un piano di emergenza, poi fare colazione con il giubbotto e avere freddo è stato fastidioso.
