my flight arrived at 11am, ask the staff for early check in and they immediately checked for the room. Only wait for 5 m

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.The location was perfect, close to the shopping centre.

So much ashes on the Floor!
Pros:

After 17 hours flight and not sleeping, we expect to rest in hotel. We request non-smoking room and they said all rooms nonsmoking but when we got room full of ashes! We booked for two rooms but the other room need to wait for 35 minutes we arrived at 4 pm! Horrible! And the receptionist says WE’RE BUSY! That’s not professional at all! Really disappointed for this time! We’re jetlag and we got this not pleasant experience.

Cons:

Cigarettes smell and slippery in bedroom! On receptionists motto is fresh air non cigarettes but in the room was opposite!

If you're looking for an average and affordable place to stay!
Pros:

Convenient. Near to SKA mall with great shops.
You can cross over to Living World Mall. It can be dangerous if you're not used to the roads here, it is better to use Grab car service to 'cross' over.

The room is just 'nice' in size. It's always clean. The hotel also practices sustainablilty.

Cons:

My only complain is the buffet had little choices.

Once in a while the room will black out for a couple of seconds. I'd leave my curtain opened a little just for this few seconds of inconvenience.. Although not sure if it's just the floor im on, i do realise another neighbouring room, did have the black out too.

Stayed for two night and was good expecially consideirng the cost
Pros:

I was told that my breakfast was not included, so I ate outside which was good

Cons:

Slight slow checkin and checkout and also the lift are busy all the time.
