EN HOTEL Kyoto

O quarto era grande para o padrão Japonês. O café da manhã era uma sopa, salada e alguns croissants que variavam conforme o dia.
O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção foi excelente! Eles nos ajudaram bastante e inclusive traduziram algumas informações para a gente, o que facilitou nossa viagem!
Única sugestão seria adicionar alguma proteína ao café da manhã.

立地も良くコンパクトだけど必要な物が最低限揃ってるので充分だった。ただ水回りがちょっとカビ臭かったのが残念だった。

ソファとかテーブルが無かったのは残念。

The male staff members were most unhelpful and some barely spoke/understood english (they felt repeating themselves without answering the question would be ok). Often they would just stand there or go about their business ignoring you The female staff was the other extreme. very helpful and very supportive. so if you have issues, talk to one of the ladies who will actually help you out.
The room was a hole in the wall with uneven floors and a steep step off coming out of the bathroom. this was made worse by the step off when leaving the room. We almost fell twice in the night - they did warn us at check in but nothing prepares you for what they told us. Construction was going on so place was quite noisy and frankly they should have shut down. Pro was connection to public transportation was good and the central location. However, I wouldnt recommend/stay if I go to Kyoto again.

I paid and used the washing and drying machine and there were no bags to bring our clean clothes up to our room, so I went up to get a bag to put my clean clothes and some other guess just took out all my clean clothes on the dirts box where people put the dirts out for the dryer. I am a girl and a guy just took out all my clothes, panties and bars out on the open area. I went to the lobby and tried to explained the situation to the staffs and there were 4 staffs and none of them helped me. I felt super unsafe and super not happy about the services. I had never stayed in a hotel feel so insulted. I will never come back again.

C'était la deuxième fois que je venais dans cet hôtel, la première étant avec mes deux fils en 2023. L'hôtel est toujours à la hauteur de mes attentes. La chambre très agréable et propre.

Very nice room and friendly staff. Room was clean and decently sized. Really close to a station so access to the rest of the city was easy. Nishiki market is a walkable distance. The Pokémon store is also very near by. A family mart is super close. A lot of dining options available

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The quality of the hotel past the lobby was disgusting and disappointing. The photos on the Expedia website were probably taken ten years ago. The bath was moldy, the vents were full of dust, and the tatami mats were alll stained. I do recommend. This hotel is very over priced.

地下鉄四条駅からも至近で、洗濯乾燥機もあり、便利です。朝餉は、甘い麵麭が苦手の方にはオススメ出来ませんが、価格は安いです。

環境清潔度不夠，到處都有尚未清潔的灰塵，有些地方也有常年污垢，地理環境很棒，附近有24小時超市，價錢也便宜，但清潔度大扣分

Hotel is walking distance from Shijo station. We booked a triple room. It was quite spacious. However, there was limited power point, we could only use a power point in our room near the TV area. Basic amenities (soap, conditioner and towels) are provided in room, you can grab tooth brush, comb, etc at the hotel lobby.

Check in at 3pm only. We arrive around 2pm and was told to come back later to check in, they allowed us to store our luggage first.

We booked our rooms with breakfast included. I would not recommend it. It is the same everyday and you must tell them what time you are going for breakfast so they can prepare for you. Go to nearby convenience stores and supermarkets to grab yours and have it in the lounge at basement. They have microwave and toaster there, together with tea, coffee and drinking water. Please note that there is bottled water provided in the room.

There are also washing machines and dryers in the hotel, you can pay for usage.

Room service was not very good too. Bedsheets were badly made, toilet floor not cleaned properly.

Staff were not very friendly and most are not very fluent in English. Welcome drink was nice though.

A great place to stay in the heart of Kyoto. Very spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The staff were very kind too.

No lights, no outlets, bed was not good etc

Location wise, it is walkable to major shopping areas, that's a plus. However, room wise, the bed is considered low/close to the floor, so it is a bit hard to get up comparing to a standard bed. In addition, there are steps once stepping into the guest room, a step to the bed area, and another step to the bathroom. Not exactly friendly for seniors.

いつもお世話になります。いつも室内を広く使えてよかったです。また、延長コードのレンタルする際にも手際よく対応していただいてスタッフさんには感謝です。
ただ、今回は401号室でしたが、なぜか部屋に戻るとTVがついていて怖かったです。TVの影響か、他から何か電波が来たのかわかりませんが。。。
