The staff at the hotel were all charming and very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk.
The room could do with a bit of refurbishment and the bathroom certainly needs an upgrade. There was no hairdryer provided which was unusual.

First off the location is in perfect walking distance to Pub Street but not so close to be bothered by all the noise. The hotel itself needs updating which it looks like it's on the agenda. While spacious, the room was dated and toilet could have be cleaned better. Towels were not provided but you don't have to worry about toothbrush or toothpaste like you would in an American hotel. Curtains had water stains. Overall, it is good enough for a short stay but consider elsewhere for longer.

very convenient location. short walk to old market ; pub street and night market. the staff who checked us in was very nice and professional. they picked and dropped us at the airport (tuk tuk) with a small fee.we were able to arrange rides and tours at the front desk. the daytime staff at the front desk(I wish I could have written his name)was very helpful and accomodating. we were able to take showers after we checked out for a certain fee. on site restaurant had excellent foods.. I would definitely recommend this place. thanks so much Mr Nice guy at the front desk, Mr, Yon and Mr. Sophon.

Over all it was great, I think the only thing is that the AC was not cold, or working as should in 3 of our 3 rooms... I think it needs a bit fixing, but re rest was great :)

Good location, money exchange assistance downstairs, good of security, decent sized room.
Shower was a bit old and cold.

Great budget option. Dated appearance, but exceptionally clean and staff were beyond helpful and very friendly.
Attached cafe restaurant is good and morning coffee was perfect!

Great place where you can get up have a peaceful breakfast and then get going. A great start to a holiday in Cambodia.

While the hotel does seem a little dated, it offers a great room for the price. The rooms are clean and comfy with good aircon. The wifi in the hotel is reasonably fast and the coverage is great. Location is also very good, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby and also a short walk to the infamous pub street. There is a pool located at the back which is usually quiet and a restaurant and bar on the front.

We had very good sleeps and the few negatives are;
- rooms look a little dated
- no 'do not disturb' sign
- no plug for the bath
- our room was located on a public balcony so sometimes you could hear people just outside the window

We would stay again and we feel with some new decor, the rooms could easily commend a higher price tag.

Large clean rooms and ac was good, the location was fantastic, however the water was either boiling or freezing, the free airport transport was advertised and never recieved. The pool was out of service whilst we were there so had to pay to use another hotels pool after a hot day of temples.

This hotel is ok (average but not great). On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful. On the negative side the rooms are a bit dated (especially the bathroom) and in our room the safe and shower were not working. To be fair, the hotel staff were quick to rectify this, but it was in an inconvenience none the less. I think this style of hotel is fairly typical of those in the centre of town so travelers may be better going to one of the quieter parts on the outskirts where newer more modern hotels have been built that meet the standards many western tourist are used to.

Conveniently located to Pub Street and night market. For american standards, I would classify it more like a motel. The rooms are very basic with outdated fixtures. But it's relatively clean and has a nice pool to cool off. And it has A/C in the room, albeit a wall mounted one. It also has an onsite restaurant that is pretty good. For the money, it's a good value.

Great location, but unfortunately for us the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was not clean - we found an empty bottle of whiskey in the bedside table, the coffee mugs in the room did not seem to have been cleaned between guests, and the toilet was quite dirty. Room had a definite musky smell, and you need to run the water for 5 minutes for hot water. Price was ok for the value, but the whole time we were wondering how clean the sheets must be given the cleanliness of other things in the room. Wouldn’t stay here again, personally.

This is a fair hotel for the price bracket; what makes it super is the staff that runs the front desk. I regret not getting his name, but he’s been nothing but helpful with all requests. Great location if you want easy access to night market and pub street, and restaurant serves good food at very reasonable prices

Overall, the stay was nice. If my friend and I were to be picky it would be that the plug was not close to the bed. The internet was considerably nice if I was to compare our stay to other hotels but is still spazzy. The restaurant in the hotel was great! Staff is so accommodating and extremely helpful with dietary needs. Thank you, Sok San!

I had great experience in the hotel for 4 nights. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location of hotel is good and quiet. The staff is friendly and communicable with English.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything but in an area that's quiet at night. The room was big and clean. The staff was helpful, though it took a couple tries to get towels in our room but I think that's because they were all being washed at the time. We booked all our transportation through the hotel and we're very happy with it.

Location is steps away from everything but quiet enough to get some sleep. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was nice and cold. The room was spacious and clean. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff. The reception were very kind and helpful. The restaurant's food was very good and the service exceptional.

Good value for price. Close to the Night marked and also to Pub Street.
